A very basic room and bathroom at an affordable price. Very friendly staff and situated in the center of Montpellier, just on the edge of the old town. There are no luxuries here and the room was small and very warm as it was summer and no air conditioning (a fan was provided).

OK place in excellent location

This is a cheap small hotel seriously run by a family.
No fancy room but a quiet street close to the city center and next to the tram station.
The train station is also not far away.
Dont expect a fancy room but you get a place to sleep in town.

As we travel to Spain, my family and I stopped to Montpellier for rest and wait for the train to Barcelona the next day. We stayed in this hotel, which was a very basic one. Nevertheless, it has things we expected.

Location: The hotel was not far from the train station. There was also nearby SPAR supermarket, which can be a source of cheap food. However, the hotel was a bit hidden and it is best to have GPS or Google map on.

Room: Room size was average but was enough for three of us. Shower area was clean and good. Shared bathroom was clean. However, the problem was the temperature control of the room. We had to open the window in the shower room so that we can have ventilation and to make our room cool.

Facility: The hotel doesn' t have lift. We got heavy luggage and we had to carry it to our room, which was on second floor of the building.

Staff: The reception lady was nice and smiling, though doesn't speak much English.
