Well, due to some administrative complications with other accommodation I reserved this hotel only for couple of hours until I sorted out the issues with the original accommodation. Anyway, the hotel Arc En Ciel in Eze took all the money when I wanted to cancel my reservation even if I "blocked" the room only for couple of hours (and during the night when probably nobody reserved anything here). This hotel even did not communicate with me, took all the money and goodbye. It was almost 400 EUR for nothing. I know the reservation was non-refundable on booking.com, but as a person working in this tourist sector, usually the accommodation, I mean the decent one, will send you money back if you don't block the reserved rooms for too long. Behavior of this hotel management is highly unprofessional, greedy and dishonest so I cannot really recommend this pathetic manners towards clients of the hotel.

Greedy and unprofessional management in Arc de Ciel (Eze)

Rooms are comfortable and you are next to the village. After all the tourists are gone, you have Eze for yourselves. Parking your car might be a problem, because there is not lot of space and it's always very busy. So, don't arrive before 3 o'clock.

Good hotel very near to Eze village

If you arrive at Eze by train you catch the No:83 bus to Eze village from the railway station, on the same side of the roan. A little tip is walk west a hundred yards or so to the next stop to get an easier access to the bus as many people may be waiting for the bus at train station stop. Eze is quite a tourist attraction.
The journey does not take long and is very scenic. As you enter the town and just before the bus stop if you look South towards the hill that is Eze you will see Hotel Arc En Ciel. It couldn’t be easier to find. The hotel in above a shop and cafe. Access is by steps at the side but you register in the cafe which also doubles as the breakfast room. 
The lady in charge is very helpful. We arrived at midday for 3:00 p.m. booking time. The lady without discussion had our room prepared first so that we could check in with minimal delay. While we were waiting she looked after our luggage. 
The room was small but adequate, clean and nicely appointed. 
Breakfast consists of a large glass of orange juice, croissant, bread, jam and butter and coffee with a refill.
The hotel is on the street that leads up to the village of Eze so is very conveniently located. During the day there are many tourists, but for anyone who stays overnight, they are rewarded by having a much quieter more serene atmosphere throughout the village and if they wish an evening meal in the village itself.
Departing from the village by public transport, one can go to the railway by No:83 bus or continue by bus nos: 82 and 100 go to Nice and Monaco, though their frequency is every two hours. There is a time table at the bus stop.

Convenient Location

Me and my wife arrived late to the hotel which is located in a centre of Eze. It was closed but clear and easy instructions how to get inside were given by phone. Very clean and cozy room, not high standards but exactly what we were expected.

Great overnight

We stayed in Eze for the Monaco Grand Prix & could not have been happier with our choice of location - it is a beautiful village and easy to get in and out of Monte Carlo. The hotel is very convenient for the village & all transport & restaurants. It is quite basic as far as facilities go but that said, clean and cheerful, and the staff were very helpful.
