Just returned from a two night stay here. Mark is really welcoming and has a fresh breakfast prepared for when you want. I can't have dairy so he went out and got me soya milk and goats cheese. A nicely stocked mini bar that's cheap and had bottles of water for hot trips. I'd pay more for the room with a view, it's worth it. The second night we had the place to ourselves so enjoyed the lounge and sun terrace.

Mid week break 

Stayed for 4 nights greeted by a perfect host mark .typically French comfortable bed clean and tidy room with a perfect view of the medieval city from the bedroom window .the area is so quiet we spent the late evening on the terrace .between mark and Camilla who made us the perfect continental breakfast.  A perfect base with a relaxed atmosphere inbetween the medieval city and the town square ...😁

Hidden gem

Old fashioned furnishings but very clean. Superb breakfast. Our host, Mark,  is friendly and informative.  View of the Cité from our bedroom so we won't even have to move to see the fireworks tonight! Can't  recommend highly enough!

Just got back from Maison Bellevue, and what a treat it was. We practiced our best French en-route, only to be greeted by a nice young man with a London accent...great!
There are two bed rooms with en-suite nice and very French!. Clean linen and clean room , large bathroom . Breakfast was arranged for 9am and was a delight cereal,fruit yoghurt, rolls etc. and a nice pot of tea. Breakfast was served by a lovely German girl also with amazing English,Mike the owner organise train tickets to Narbone at a great price an.

Went with another couple and we had the place to ourselves. Just like staying in someone's house.  We had the bedroom with the view of the citadel.  Very traditional, clean, large room and bathroom.  Small terrace at the back with table and chairs was a real suntrap. Mark, one of the owners, was great with lots of advice on places to eat and drink.  He came every morning to prepare our breakfast at a time which suited us. The location was perfect; straight ahead and over the bridge up to the beautiful citadel or in the opposite direction to the town.  Both within a very reasonable walking distance but it does take longer to the citadel because it's uphill.We spent time in both and really enjoyed our visit. I would definitely recommend staying here for the location and quirky accommodation which made a lovely change from your usual B&B.
