When me and my colleague we arrive in the Hotel we were very hapy about the location, the staff. 
The only negative issue which had was that the wifi wasn;t string at all and it was requested enrollment everyday

Review about my business trip

For the price you can't expect much. Breakfast is adequate, supermarket within 5 minutes walk, plus pizza and other food.

The rooms are a bit musty but very warm. 

The bed is comfortable.

Staff friendly.

Cheap and adequate

Very poor hotel, even for a budget hotel in France. On arrival you are welcomed by а pungent stench of a cheap detergent, that smell will follow you down the hallway to your room and of course it is waiting for you in there. You will take it home with you with all your clothing and luggage. Oh, yes, by two dogs as well - sleeping peacefully in the lobby. 
The room could be worse, I know, but this one also counts. The walls were paper-thin, I heard every word the other guests said in the hallway, even when they whispered. Yep, no secrets here. The bed was rather uncomfortable, one could feel every single spring , very unpleasant, but I was thankful for the clean-ish sheets. No air conditioning of any kind, the old trick with the opened window just didn't work in my room, because the glass was severely cracked and I was concerned that it would fall apart if I try to open it. So, a free steam bath... 
The bathroom...oh, the bathroom... Seemed clean, but I wouldn't dare lay down in the bathtub. In general everything was time-worn and tired and of a poor quality in the first place. The towel rails were rusty, which makes the towel washing totally pointless. 
The good news are that I brought my own toiletries and towels and there was no need to use theirs. The bad news are that I had to stay two nights instead of one. The toilet is separate, very tired one. The spare toilet paper was in awful condition, probably it was stored in a damp place. Makes me laugh at first, then I just hoped there will be no need to use it during my stay. 
A huge positive was the breakfast. Even though it took place in the lobby (dogs were gone), it was surprisingly rich for a place like this. Two kind of cheese, butter, yogurt, some fruits, dried fruits (even dates!). Wi-fi is free of charge. It's very slow and limited (half of my apps didn't work), but still...

Awful

We arrived in Geneva by train and three hours later finally located the Climotel Hotel.  This place is some 25kms from Geneva and requires at least three changes of public transport to get to, that is if you know where you are going!!  If you are travelling by car that may be another matter. Having arrived were disappointed with the standard of the room, a bit tired and run down, however you get what you pay for and the price is OK.  Would not recommend this place for tourists visiting Geneva.

AVOID THIS PLACE IF TRAVELLING BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

We stayed for two nights as we had a meeting close by. We had a room for 55 Euros per night, the room had a very small toilet and a shower. In general, the bathroom as well as the toilet were clean, but tiny. The room itself was also very small, but had a modern TV. The furniture of the room was at least 30 years old, the carpet was also quite old, had spots and appeared to be not clean.
