Very pleasant atmosphere. Nice staff and comfortable accomodation.

This was used as an overnight stop on our way to Salou Spain. Next time I visit it will be for longer. Quiet peaceful atmosphere, well equipped apartment with dishwasher and very, very comfortable beds.
We had a very pleasant stay and a good nights sleep, our room was on the edge of the golf course with lovely scenic views.

Beautiful setting

It was very good. Only thing the restaurant was closed which was disappointing as not many restaurants in barbaste.

Nice stopover

The setting of this place is beautiful. It's in the middle of a golf course surrounded by rolling hills. The apartments are very clean and nicely furnished. There is so much to do around and about. Obviously you can play golf - it is on site.(You can also eat in the restaurant in the golf club, with a stunning view of the golf course). The pool is small and generally peaceful. There is a water park ten minutes away, and an adventure park ten minutes in the other direction. My husband who is into cycling hired a bike in nearby Nerac and found the area fabulous for touring on the bike. There are three good restaurants less than half an hours walk away, (the Moulin des Saveurs being really excellent!), and plenty of others a short drive away. There is a large supermarket only a few minutes drive from the 'complex' and three boulangeries close by. I would certainly recommend this place. It was quite quiet when we visited. We couldn't understand why it wasn't busier.

Beautiful area. Lots to do.

We rented the 3 bedroom apartment for 2 weeks. The location is very nice with views over the golf course and local countryside. The accommodation though, was only average (it has 3 stars rating). The apartment was reasonably well furnished and appeared clean but was not that well cleaned when looked at closely. The kitchen had a 2 ring electric cooker that was rather small. 
Although it was a 3 bedroom apartment over 2 floors, it only had one small toilet.
The bathroom was small and the bath/shower arrangement was not right. The shower fitting was at one end of the bath, while the glass splash screen was at the other end!!! So the floor always got quite wet.
One major disappointment was the WIFI. The signal was regularly very weak and sometimes dropped off completely. The staff could only apologize, but did provide a Network cable.
The (limited) staff were extremely friendly and helpful so that compensated.
Generally a picturesque location and facility with a number of interesting places to visit in the area.

3 star two week holiday location

Expected what we had paid for and what was advertised. No Wifi or intermittent at best, No English TV stations, Restaurant closed until 2022. Very expensive bar that shuts at 5. Basic accommodation, no oven in self catering unit. Only toilet is down stairs which is great when you are upstairs at 3 in the morning. Place looks tired.
A big disappointment.

Never Again, Rip off.

Sorry to say this was a big disappointment. We stayed for a family wedding not far from here. 
The outside walls were full of rot and mold, and the rooms had a weird smell. The outside area was not very nice, with sigarett butts and bird poop everywhere. 
There was no information or brochures about anything that you may expect. No information beforehand or when checking in/out about having to empty the trash, do the dishes etc before leaving, or the various opening hours of the reception/restaurant (they both seemed to be closed more often than not). 

And the town has an abandoned feeling, where everything is closed or have very small, specific opening hours. 

This went from a vacation to a weekend we maybe could be without. Or we should have least not stayed there for as long as we did. 

If you are not very picky, and you’re staying for the sleep and nothing else, then this may be okay. 

Never again

This hotel is actually a very basic self catering establishment. The breakfast facilities were almost non existent and staff were available for only a few hours per day. It was clean and charming in a way, but nothing at all was provided for our stay other than a single toilet roll and a meagre towel. We arrived quite late-around 12 and were lucky that friends of ours were already there to tell us our apartment number and that it was left open for us. No facilities to buy water even as the bar had been shut hours before and certainly no tea/coffee facilities provided. Our apartment was for three people and had a single toilet and bathroom. The shower had to be held by hand which resulted in a monsoon hit bathroom after three girls showered every day! Staff were very nice indeed and directed us to a local supermarket but you have no chance of getting around without your own car as taxis are scarce and expensive. The temperatures also reached over 33 degrees but the apartment had no air con and not even a couple of fans. Very uncomfortable from that point of view. My bed was comfortable enough but some guests found theirs unbearable and had to move hotels. We had a single thin pillow each and when we asked for more we were given one extra between three of us! All in all it may be one of the best in the area but that's not saying much. 

Wedding guests

Alain Meyer and his company  manage this place are squatting there. They have no rights or agreement to manage. They steal from tourists because the owners of the apartments are British who live abroad. They have been doing this since 2010 and have falsified their accounts in France. Scam place.
