we got there late and found that there was no food available. The owner's daughter then proceeded to open the kitchen and make us a meal, so all 6 of us had the same which we were grateful for. The cabins we rented were good clean and spacious. there was a bathroom in each and a balcony overlooking the lake.

One night on way to Nordkapp

Place r just perfekt  for kids and for parents. Lake it's so near that u can touch the water from your cabin window. People who working here r not so good in English but it's making u to feel that u r Finland. They r so friendly and u can feel that u r part of family here. For our kids owner came and show reindeer and sheep's. Kids gave food to the animals. If some1 would ask me if I'm coming back here, so yessssss

Missis

Clean, very basic one bedroom cottage. A bit of last season place. Note that you got to pay 7,5 euros extra for sauna/person and there’s no shower in the sauna. Also there was very poor kitchen equipmet. Anyway we got a good night sleep.

One night stay

We stayed for one night in one of the rooms in the main building.  It was a large, simple room, but well equipped with a coffee maker, fridge and some crockery and cutlery and had a small bathroom with a toilet and a shower.  We ordered breakfast, which was served in a separate building, which was nicely built and decorated with local items.  Unfortunately it was the mosquito season, so the resident sheep and reindeer preferred to stay out of sight, and the dog only made a brief visit to welcome us as we arrived.  The owners were friendly and the surroundings beautiful.  It is simple accommodation, but good value for money.

Beautiful lakeside location

This place feels more like you're visiting friends than a camping site. The cabin for 4 was small, but suitable for short one night stay. Our reservation said shared restroom but the cabin actually had a private one. Warm breakfast is served at 9am daily and the couple running the place are super warm and welcoming. Luukas the reindeer lives right by the cabins 😉
