Absolutely very satisfied with the Dorpat hotel. Excellent, simply unparalleled customer service and helpfulness. Many thanks for the room upgrade. We had a wonderful sauna evening with a view of the Emajõgi River. Many many thanks. The hotel reception was great. I asked for extra coffee capsules and coffee cream and they were there in a few minutes. Once again, it was extremely nice to be with you. Thanks
