One of my worst experiences ever, the normal checking in which supposed to take 5 minutes took them 3 hours and why because they wanted to make more money out of me. I'm Egyptian/British living in the UK booked a room for me and my son (British) and for one of my family member (Egyptian) it was all stated in my booking, upon checking in they have asked to claim the (difference in nationality) in cash, when I have asked why as I have booked and pay in advance for 3 guests (2 adults and 1 child) they said the price for Egyptians is + 64$/ night over what I have paid, I have asked to talk to a FOH Manager but he was useless threatened you of cancelling your booking and destroy your holidays, I called the booking agency which supported me but I had no options but pay first and claim it back later, they have gave me the worst attitude you can ever get as if they never worked in hospitality, then they didn't gave me the same category I have booked as a double bed room and gave me a king size bedroom with the worst view ever, they never felt sorry for what they did instead being rude and arrogant. The hotel pictures are totally different than reality, no heated swimming pool for kids, very small play ground if more than 4 kids you will feel overcrowded, 2 food courts serving the same food with no variety, food quality not to be mentioned unless you have a very strong digesting system, the room was designed by amateur who will put the washing tub first thing after opening your room door not believing in whatever called privacy, if you're a light sleeper don't worry you will stay awake as there's no shades between you bed and the bathroom just a ridiculous glass so the light will shine on your face. The beach was good but I believe as it wasn't built by them. You will feel everything is coming with poor cheap quality.. totally waste of value against the paid amount. I was generous to gave them 3 stars out of 10.
