We stayed for 4 nights and it was a fantastic, clean and well run hotel. The staff were friendly. We felt safe with security on the main entrance. We opted for the breakfast option but wish we had done the dinner option too as the food was great. The breakfast is served in a huge room so there were always enough tables no matter what time it was. They served a huge breakfast buffet with continental and cooked breakfast options. We used two of the restaurants. The first one downstairs was a cheap Italian which did the job. But the upstairs restaurant on the 12th floor was lovely. It had a rooftop balcony area that overlooked the pyramids. Food was great. I attached photos of the menu for this restaurant. Location is about a 20 minute taxi drive to the pyramids. Every tour we wanted to go on had no problems picking us up from this hotel. We did venture out by ourselves to a McDonald's which was just a 5 minute walk but I would most likely advise to stay within the hotel when not on a tour. The pool was lovely. Rarely busy. They offer clean towels and you can order drinks to you.
