These apartments are fabulous!

All are very well equipped and the host, Jiří, is a one-of-a-kind owner who will make your stay more than amazing. All requirements are being taken care of and he is a cheerful lad.

The location of the apartments may seem to be a bit far from the city center, but you'll get there within 20 minutes by public transport or 10 minutes by car.

I can only recommend this place. Suitable for both business and leisure.

Really impressed. A friend of mine and I were drinking coffee in Belgrade when we ,suddenly, decided to go to Prague. We checked online for places and found Radlická Apartments. We booked it and 3 days later we arrived in Prague. The apt. itself is modern and fully equipped with everything you may need during your short stay. We stayed 4 nights. It is within walking distance of Andēl Metro and Andēl Shopping Malls. Also 15 minutes walk to downtown, 25 minute walk to Prague Castle. Very good transportation connections, and needless to say tram station is right in front of your door. 

The apt is cozy and although located right above the tram station, double windows will block every noise possible. Place offers high security, both in building and in apartment. 
I would prolly rate it 100/10 if possible and needless to say the landlord is the "King of Prague". 
Very professional and at the same time extremely friendly and will be at your service.

Best way to explore Prague if you are looking for a place to stay with the comforts of home, spending less than a hotel but more than a hostel.  No nosy hotel employees or guests and you can make coffee or tea or any kind of food for that matter in your own kitchen.  Fully furnished apartment with a tram line right in front which brings you to the Andel station is 5 mins and from there you can connect with the entire city!  The entrance to the building and the stairs that lead up to the apartment need some cozy touches but otherwise it's a great place to stay.  Also the apartment assigned to us has one of those loft type bed"rooms" so you have to climb a small set of stairs to reach it, but you can't stand fully upright.  It has a minibar, fridge, microwave, utensils, pots and pans, washing machine, ironing board, safe, a Christmas tree, the works!

My husband and I booked this apartment through Booking.com for four weeks. We were looking for an apartment in Prague to live in and the apartment in Radlicka seemed an ideal base to work from.  There was a tram stop Number 7 outside the door which took us to the Andel Centre which was a huge, modern shopping centre with supermarkets, restaurants and a variety of chain stores.  Andel is also a tram/metro junction where it was possible to transfer to another tram to travel city wide.  It was advisable to purchase a three day or monthly ticket at Mustek metro.

Our host, Jiri could not have been kinder or more helpful.  He arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport free of charge.  We had originally booked for two weeks and then a second two week booking as we were not sure how long we were going to be there.  Once it was known that we were staying for four weeks we were given a larger apartment on the second morning.  

Our suitcases had not been on our flight but the airlines delivered them the following day which Jiri collected and brought up to our apartment.

There was a bowl of fruit on the table for us which was a kind gesture.  The bathroom consisted of a shower, sink and toilet as well as a washing machine.  In the kitchen there was a cooker, fridge, toaster, coffee pot, kettle and microwave.  There were very few cooking utensils or pots. A can/bottle opener and scissors would have been useful as would another pot.  A tea towel and basic supplies were provided.  It was recommended that you bring toiletries as there was only shower gel in the shower. Basic kitchen utensils would also be useful to bring.

There was a iron and ironing board for use.

Whatever you request, jiri could get it for you before you arrive, such as milk, bread etc. 

The main part of the apartment was the living room with a large sofa, TV/DVD player and wardrobe. There was a chest of drawers to put your clothes in.  A lovely glass table and four chairs as well as an easy chair.  The kitchen was behind the living room and upstairs was a double bed. Well actually, a mattress on the floor. It was comfortable but a struggle climbing the stairs/ladder each time.  There was a tiny window which could be opened for night ventilation.  It worked well.

It was interesting looking out the big windows onto the street below. If you bring binoculars you can see for miles.  The Zizkov tower was in the distance as well as the St Peter and St Paul Basilica at Vysehrad.

Nothing was too much trouble for Jiri.  As we were booked for four weeks our apartment was cleaned on the second week.  We just treated the apartment as our home and emptied rubbish and cleaned up after ourselves.  The apartment was decorated in such a way with lovely pictures of Prague on the walls and various colour pictures of Prague around the apartment. There were two large potted plants as well as artificial flowers throughout. It was like a home from home.

I would recommend this apartment for people who want to be far enough away from the noise of the city.  It might be a bit of a struggle for people with mobility problems climbing the ladder to the bed or people with children running around. It was also possible to order breakfast when booking but we did not feel it was necessary.

It was a lovely, comfortable experience.

The apartment was clean and nicely appointed for a rental unit.  There were enough pots, dishes etc that we could prepare simple meals.  I was worried about the location initially, next to busy roads and looking a little gritty in the entry way, but by the second day was enjoying living in the "real" Praha, away from the crowds in the city center.  Transportation was very convenient with a tram stop right outside the front door and two metro stations only a short walking distance away if we didn't feel like waiting for the tram.  Double windows completely blocked the traffic noise and the apartment was very quiet as long as the windows were closed.  Bed was comfortable.  The owner was extremely friendly and helpful.  

Bathroom was small and awkward to move around in, definitely not hotel standard.  Bed in loft was awkward to get to up very steep ladder. Beware you must pay in cash - but the grocery store around the corner does take cards and there are lots of cash machines near the Anděl metro station a short distance away.

Overall we liked this place and were sad to leave.  It felt like we were real citizens of Praha for a couple of days.
