I was travelling by bicycle and was running a little late.  I spoke to the Penzion to advise that would be arriving around 17:30.  When I arrived a  written message in English was handed to me and I was shown my room.  I would need to meet the owners later that evening.  The room was spacious, clean and modern with both a shower and a bath.  I was able to leave my bike in the locked grounds of the penzion.
A limited breakfast was available in the kitchen which was available to all guests to make hot drinks etc.
After I had left I realised that the amount I had been charged, which was still quite reasonable, was 15% more than the price agreed when I booked.

Modern, clean and friendly

The hotel is reasonably cheap and offers good value for your money. It's situated on the edge of the city in a quiet and nice place. A big advantage is a parking spot (1 per room) on a private property where you can park your car overnight.

The reception is not staffed 24/7 so you have to call in advance that you want to check-in.

A weekend in the nearby city

Found on bookin.com was a blind choice. Great. Family is not familiar with English but they do a lot to satisfy our needs. Breakfast is good, choice limits but absolutely fresh. Rooms are spacious, limited amenities but it's a b&b! Paid less than 30€
