Slightly off the beaten track but straight into a beach we loved the location.
Rooms with sea view a must at extra 4 euro
Rooms cleaned daily and regular towel and bedding changed
The fussy eater may struggle but we had no issues with the e quality or variety on offer.
The costal walls were fantastic.
Staff all great.
Highly recommend for a relaxed chilled break.

Great find

We have just returned from the Mimosa Beach Hotel after a lovely relaxing experience.  The hotel is out of the way but you are able to reach the local towns by a regular bus service or good taxi service.  

The staff were all lovely and friendly with nothing too much trouble for them.  I would say that they are the best hotel staff that I have encountered. 

The rooms were clean and looked after.  They do suffer with ants but the solution did the trick whilst we were there. 

The beach was just through the swimming pool area and the water was crystal clear and lovely to swim in. You have to pay for the beds and umbrellas but they were inexpensive. It is a public beach. 

There was a buffet style food selection for breakfast and evening meal - various choices.  We went half board and were able to swap the evening meal for lunch if we wanted to go out in the evening.  The swapped meal had a good selection of food.  

We were really pleased with the overall experience.

September holiday

Great two weeks away at the Mimosa,room was spot on lovely shower 🚿,occasionally ants in our room,staff were excellent and polite,food was hit and miss in the evening but you had more options at lunchtime which you could swap your evening meal for,entertainment personally not good,plenty of sunbeds and a lovely pool and beach.drinks wise a little expensive but cheaper than the UK,and a lot cheaper in the supermarket.
Bus stop just up the road to venture into Pratoros and Napa and we had a great trip out too Varosha.

Nice two weeks away

I live in Cyprus but had a wonderful few days break at this family run hotel on the outskirts of Protaras.
Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Buffet style restaurant offering English and continental breakfast, also evening meals reasonably priced, if you haven't gone all inclusive. I even became a member of the hotels short green bowls club and have made some nice friends.

Great family run hotel on the outskirts of Protaras.

Great hotel which is family run. Fab location and the beach is just minutes from the hotel.  Beds are a hard but got used to them. Food good especially lunch. Pool bar open every day till late. The staff are amazing. Well done to Linda, Eugene, Stelios, Karen and Christiana. 

Mimosa Beach Hotel is a gem.

Perfect little hideaway from the hustle n bustle of life.  Clean, comfortable and good food. Loved our first time visit to Cyprus and this little hideaway has a perfect reason for booking again without hesitation.  See you in October , looking forward to good food, good service and friendly faces.

Perfect week

This was our first time at the Mimosa Beach Hotel and we found it excellent.  Having seen some Reviews complaining on the food we cannot understand why Breakfast was excellent and Evening Dinner whilst not the choice of AI hotels was for us very good. This is an Excellent 3* hotel where the owners are  at the hotel every day and evening and talk to guests, on our first night the gentleman owner sat talking to my wife and I for 35 mins never in all our travels have we had this happen. The hotel gets many return Guests and we can understand why. Our room was cleaned every day to an excellent standard.
The staff were top class and a special mention to Christala who served us with a smile all our holiday.
For anyone who wants a relaxing enjoyable holiday on the small beach with fantastic surroundings this is a must to try. We are looking at our 2024 September break and this hotel is top of the list.          

First Time not the Last.

We have just returned from a 10 night stay! We are already thinking about going back next year. It was such a lovely hotel and the staff were brilliant. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Our hotel room looked over the front entrance, and it was fine (252). The room was clean and cleaned every day unless we popped the sign on the door. The food was great, not loads to choose from, but it didn't bother us. You could also swap the dinner menu to lunch if you wanted to go out for a meal at night. 
The location was great, especially with having the beach literally outside your door. We also got the bus from up the road (101) into the main strip for a couple of euros and they ran till late (102 for the way back). 
I would highly recommend this hotel :)

It's such a lovely, friendly hotel!

It was good experience for us. Very nice place, good food and very friendly people. The unbelievable sea and the beautiful island. Thanks all staff for helping and supporting . We felt calm and relax in this hotel. We wish this hotel all the best!!!

Wonderful hotel

Fantastic hotel. We had full sea view room which was excellent. Food was good. 40 minute walk along coast into centre. Bus costs 2.50 euro each. Taxi 10 euros. Small beach cove joining onto hotel grounds which is so lovely.  Would definitely recommend this hotel.
