The resort offers guests: its own sandy beach, awarded the Blue Flag for cleanliness and environmental friendliness, 10 themed restaurants and bars, the Cleopatra spa center with an area of 2,585 sq. m., the Olympic-size Thalassa pool, heated children's and family pools, Agora square with restaurants, a gelateria and boutiques, conference halls and event venues.

The resort has a well-developed infrastructure: a sports center, an equipped cycling and walking trail along the sea coast, its own horse riding club, an amphitheater, a nightclub, a games room, its own garden where organic fruits and vegetables are grown.

The hotel's twelve different room categories include the Presidential Villa with 7 bedrooms and a private pool, 1 and 2-bedroom suites, family interconnect suites, and rooms for guests with disabilities. The rooms located in the residences offer a more secluded stay: some rooms and suites have a private heated pool and an equipped terrace.
