Great structure inside the hotel, with a 24-hour bar and cafeteria, restaurant, breakfast with plenty of options, old but well-preserved hotel, full line of TV channels, only problem is the distance from the center of more than 10km.

Events Hotel

Hotel Palco in close proximity to the Grand Convention Center has an old world charm. Friendly Staff and lots of local fresh fruits and cuisine. 
The rooms were clean, comfortable and suited for business travel. Taxis were available to explore Havana.

Very bad service. Dirty place. Food was no well cooked. Roaches everywhere. I will stay away from Havana and Cuba. Better destinations around the Caribbean. Specially Mexico Cancun and Dominic Republic Punta Cana. More for the money and quality

Never go back to Cuba

The hotel has a good structure, but the services are not good, the cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired, the sheets are old, the hotel is the convention center, the restaurant is good.

It's a very well-prepared hotel for all kinds of events, with a large space and conference rooms, quality service, the staff of that hotel very attentive and qualified good comfort in the rooms...

Idela for Events

El Hotel Palco (Palacio de Convenciones), is an ideal location for this purpose. It is close to the airport, isolated from the city of Havana, has good auditoriums, and a wonderful reception staff and seating: always attentive and kind. At the beginning of July I was at a conference on Biodiversity and for this purpose, my stay was perfect. An aspect to improve in the service is the quality of the food, although rich, far from what is expected from a 4-star hotel. On the other hand, if what you want to do is tourism, el Palco is not a good option. Just because of the isolation sale is expensive or time consuming to visit the tourist sites of Havana. Good hotel facilities for these are few effects, there is a swimming pool - which in fact is a neglected online gymnasium.

Hotel Palco: excellent for events... not for tourism.

This hotel connects to the convention center making it very convenient for conference attendees. Breakfast smorgasbord is excellent with custom preparation of omelets or any type of egg breakfast. The rooms are comfortable although Air vonditioning is either  on or off. Excellent pool with poolside bar.

so good .l want every body to keep on doing the way, we will all go in good .Life is to work for your day of making more money with go living and never give up when you want same and you have not get in time you want .God no hot is doing to each order .same time you can like me and you will not get ,maybe l am in order work for same thing.

I stayed at this hotel in 2010, and I found the attention and facilities very good, it was very close to the Convention Palace, where the congress I attended was located, but it was almost impossible at the time to find a store where they would sell batteries for my camera and the cost of a call to Colombia was excessively expensive.
