Wonderful and charming room in an a very beautiful stone built building. 

Located in the most picturesque part of Split with fantastic and accommodating hosts. 

Many wonderful restaurants nearby and would definitely come back!

Beautiful Accommodation in the best part of split

Host was very helpful. Two bedroom  apartment was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It's in a convenient and picturesque part of town. Was great to have a shared outside area. Supermarket and restaurants only a few minutes away. Will definitely return.

Great place.

We loved our 4 day stay with Stanko, he was very helpful. He arranged our airport transfer and met us as soon as we got out of the taxi. He was very responsive to our emails and answered all our questions before arrival. Room was very modern and well decorated. It was very clean and bed/ bedding was very comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed for our short stay (safe, hangers, fridge, hair dryer etc). Stanko was very friendly and taught us some Croatian ( Volim te). Overall a perfect stay, would definitely recommend and book if we visit again.

excellent stay - would recommend

This was brilliant but sadly we only had one night. Stanko was super helpful and welcoming with lots of advice. Room was so pretty & brilliantly done up. Amazing comfy beds and good bathroom too although the hot water did run out for 2 of us to shower. Location is good and we were able to leave bags locked up safely while we explored. 
Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. 

Great place, beautiful room

The experience at Villa Nautica has been just perfect: we stayed at apartment 4, which, likewise all the property, is  brand new, furnished with a nice little kitchen fully equipped for a good breakfast or quick-lunch, comfortable and spacious bathroom, wonderful bed. 
The position of the Villa is just 5 minutes from the Diocletian Palace and old town, but outside the packed-tourist area, so just perfect: there are lots of restaurants, bar and supermarket around and the beach is some 15/20 minutes walk, same for the free parking area (which in high-season might be challenging to find). 

Least, but for sure the best part of Villa Nautica, Kate and Ivana (who manage the Villa) have been very nice and resourceful with us: we have been suggested the best (really THE best!) places in town to have dinner / breakfast / go out and since we had a minor health-issue while we were in Split they took very good care of us, providing useful information and support, all day long. What can I say more? If you are looking for a good place in Split, look no further.

We stayed at Villa Nautica for a week in July.  Before our visit I emailed Ivana who gave us information about getting to the Apartment from the airport and she also booked a taxi for us.  She met us from the taxi and showed us to the apartment, where she gave us a lot of info about the area and good places to eat, visit etc.  We stayed in the attic apartment.  Small, but it had everything we needed and it was spotlessly clean.  The air con was very good.  There was a small kitchen area with hob, microwave, fridge and a cupboard/drawer full of everything you need.  The shower was very nice too and big, but we did find the water went cold after a short while in the shower (not a big problem as a cold shower was quite nice in the July heat).  We checked out out of the villa at 11am but didn't fly until later that night, we were able to leave our luggage and freshen up in the reception area. Lovely and we would definitely stay again if we visited Split! :)
