Five of us stayed here for a two weeks in August 2017. The apartment was beautiful and I would happily live here! It is really clean, modern and had great Wi-Fi and air con. The lady who came to sort out our keys and money was really helpful and she let us check in a couple of hours earlier than usual as we had arrived . 

Location great,. little walk and there are a few small cafes and convenience stores on the way, lovely beaches. 

Fantastic accommodation - would definitely visit again

I spent here one week with my two daughters and I was really surprised from the very beginning.
Owner, Maria, once she saw me she helped me with my suitcases and a moment later offered a cold beer - which was very much appreciated after 12 hours of driving :-)
Maria is a fantastic women, very friendly and helpful.
The house itself is located right in a center. You have easy access to supermarket, bakery and beach.
Apartments are spacious, clean and all equipped with air-conditions and wi-fi.
And what's also important they affordable.
I will definitely come back to Ivec.

Beautiful apartman and beautiful Malinska

More than I expected

Studio apartment ground floor is advertised on Booking.com being a 25 m2 studio, with private bathroom, and barbecue possibility. The studio is not bigger than 10 m2, opens directly from the street, with no possbility to leave a window open, and is dark as hell. You can watch the people passing by. The private bathroom can be accessed from the staircase, anyone can enter it, not only you. You have a horrible view over a building in construction. This studio is not shown on their website, obviously, as you would never rent is. Awful accomodation, with horrible view. No money back, no option to change room. Worst place ever.
