This is a great place to go with young kids. The gentleman working was great and friendly. We took our almost 5 year old and she had a great time until an afternoon storm rolled in and we had to head out. 

There is an area great for toddler that is about 1 ft. Deep as well as a deeper area with a few slides. 

They also have a small menu with burgers and fries and alcohol and non alcohol drinks. 



Greats for younger children 

The kids loved it and so did we. I’ll start by saying that if you stayed in an Airbnb like we did, this was a fantastic way to entertain the kids outside of the beach. Our kids are ages 4 and 5 so they were a bit too small for ATV, horses and a few other activities so one day we decided to take them here. It was only about $4 per person. Staff is friendly and brings you food and drinks poolside. Kids had fun in the splash pad and the kid pool. Afterwards they played on the indoor play equípment. It could use a little maintenance and I would recommend water shoes for smaller kids because they can’t jump from stone to stone and they end up stepping on Little Rock’s that hurt their feet, but my kids loved trying the “salchipapas” and drinking piña coladas. Mom and dad enjoyed some shade and mojitos. My 4 year old could stand in some areas, other areas like the bigger slide definitely needed a parent, although I couldn’t reach the bottom (I’m 5’1” so I’m short, but another mom was 5’7” and didn’t touch the floor either) so bring some floaties or just stay in the pool with them and be ready to tread water to catch them.

Perfect for the kids. Always open and inexpensive. Such a great place to spend the day. Chairs table and shade available.
Try fried plate to share.
Music a bit loud and what out for the rosters.

Awsome day

Went with my family and spent a whole day in this park great and multiple pools affordable prices, excellent restaurant and cheap. Pretty close to Tamarindo and conchal, for kids this place would be a Paradise, multiple places for fun and also full animals you can watch a huge variety of animal from the pool o/and table

Lots of fun

I was surprised with the place for the following reasons. Entrance fee was 7.50$ Canadian per person and my 3 year old no charge. It's not a huge place but they have enough for the kids to enjoy themselves. Then we ate and again another shocker 2 nice plates of shrimp with rice or fries one order of chicken fingers with fries and three drinks 28$ US. And nice portions. Overall it was money very well spent.

Very affordable

The water park as well as hotel is VERY TIRED, in serious need of some TLC. It could be great again with some paint, and fixing of equipment. The room definately was not worth what i paid. The restaurant however was great.

From the outside the place looks appealing. People are nice and attendance is good but the state of the infrastructure shows heavy lack of maintenance and poor higiene. They have some plastic playgrounds that look dirty, with accumulated humidity (green color). Also they have a playground made of iron that needs to be painted with coatings. It was a pity because I had some good expectations about the place and was willing to have a good time with my son. Instead I had to ask him not to play in the places I thought were not clean enough.  The pools are clean. 

Kids pool facility not so good

We are a family of 5 living in Costa-Rica. I travelled to many countries and adapted to many situations with our kids. We are not precious princesses if you know what I mean.

We live 2 minutes away from the water park and decided for a change not to go to the beach and to bring the kids with us. We got in for 25$ for 2 teens, 1 adult and 2 young kids which is a fairly good price.

The whole park is simply put rotten and completely neglected in terms of maintenance. Vises are sticking out, holes in the floors concrete so big your kids can twist their ankles, mold everywhere, shaking stairs to the slides made of piles concrete blocks, rotten stairs and structures to the biggest slide, dirt kids pool... 

The place is a disgrace and I would suggest avoiding at all cost. It is dying and nobody cares about the safety of the kids over there. 

I was going to bring my family once a week over there because they sometimes need a break from the beach. Now I dont even want to drive close to it.

If there was a 0 I would gladly attribute it to this review.
