For stays on or after January 1, 2021, citizens of Colombia and foreigners staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Foreigners on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of COP 550000 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Please contact the property in advance and inform your arrival time, if you need a taxi, the property will help you. Please note the credit card details are requested to secure the reservation, please inform the property the method of payment prior to arrival. There is a COP 800000 safety deposit that will be refunded after the stay The card will be charged 14 days prior to arrival. Please note that the building does not have an elevator.
