Arriving at the hotel almost felt like they knew me already, check-in was quick and easy and everything went smoothly.

The rooms are actually well maintained and the hotel is almost flawless.

Rooms are spacious and the silence, once you close your door is overwhelming so this could actually be theplace to stay with your family.

Hmmm,  saying “staying as a family”, you might need to prepare yourself for the breakfast which is virtually non-existing unless you are Chinese, I complained about this and the next day they had scrambled eggs and bacon out, but basically they cater for the Chinese/oriental clientele. Coffey is great though :-)  that comes out of an Espresso machine which isn't of Chinese origin.

Price for this hotel was good compared to the standard and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.  Wouldn't mind though if they upgraded the breakfast.

Good hotel with exceptionel staff

Located in the more recent part of Wuxi, the hotel is far from downtown (30' drive to the railway station). Reception staff speak english but the internal organisation is directed more to a chinese clientele and doesn't deserve the name "International Business Hotel.
Nothing to say about the room but the lack of an housekeeper to overwiew all these small details which make your life better. The Hotel directory is empty of information. Only advertiing leaflets. The room service information says you can order room service till 12.00PM. I gave a food order of spaghetti bolognese at 9:05PM and was answered the cuisine closed at 9:00.Indeed everything close out at 9:00pm in his hotel.
The bathroom amenities are poor and not inaccordance with the standing of this hoteL The fridge is empty. You can't command the lights from the beds, especially to switch off.
The beakfast buffet is typically chinese oriented but the jiao zi were cold. The orange juice quality is unacceptable. I couldn't finish the content of my glass even I hate to waste it.
It's a modern building with an out of age organization inside. But I must say the hotel is clean as well as the rooms.
