102 reviewsWe stayed in the Osmanthus hotel at the end of June. Some friends told us about this hotel and they had a decent stay, so we decided to give the place a try. We were satisfied with the room accommodations, although I am a coffee drinker and the hotel only provided in-room teas. Our view from the hotel was not what we had expected. There was a view of the lovely mountains, but it was obscure and mostly hidden. It was definitely not what was pictured in their website. The hotel staff was friendly although they could not speak English. The breakfast was okay and served both Western and of course Chinese selections. The pool was surprisingly decent and was much needed since Guilin in June is terribly uncomfortable with searing temps and horrid humidity. We would stay again if ever in Guilin again as it was centrally located.
