Three days and two nights on Weizhou fantastic Island, China's biggest and youngest volcanic island. It is located 21 nautical miles south of Beihai city in the Gulf of Tonkin, an arm of the South China Sea. With about 6km from north to south and 5km from east to west, the island covers a land area of about 25km². Back to the Hotel. Definitely cozy, located among the fields in a very small rural village, close to almost anything on the Island since being pretty small. Simple, clean rooms, very well organised with at least 15-20 electric scooters for you to rent at 60 RMB a day, approx. 9 USD. Buy your own fresh seafood (crabs are just huge and taste amazing), lamb, chicken, pork and they will cook it for you! for less than a dollar. Owners are just an amazing friendly young couple, always ready to give you an advice or help you out with anything you may ask or need. Wonderful staying indeed.
