I can honestly say I had absolutely no problems with this hotel. The apartment style rooms are spacious, modern, extremely clean and include everything that you could possibly need (from kitchen appliances, dishes to freshly ground coffee). The bed is super comfortable and clean as well as the jacuzzi. And the employee who let us in to our room was extremely friendly and polite. It's a great place if you are planning to stay a few nights and it is close enough to everything via the metro which is only about a block away. I would definitely go back here.

Stayed in one of their rooms on Avenue Argyle.  Style, colours and art were wild.  Nice room.  Had to park on street as they only had a few spots (knew this ahead of time from their website info.) Metro station is 40 yards away and the Bell Centre only a couple of hundred yards. Felt very comfortable in room.  Breakfast included in cost and it was great!  Staff very friendly.  Thought I was booking one of the rooms on Rue Ontario E. (near my meeting), but still very happy. 

Stayed here for a Bachelorette. When we arrived staff helped carry our luggage to our rooms. They took the time to go above and beyond our expectations. We loved the design of the rooms and location of the hotel. It has a charming restaurant underneath which we were offered free sparkling cider. The rooms are connected to a common patio area which we had our own privacy. We will definately be back again!!

Awesome experience at the Inn Between

This place doesn't look great from the outside and the neighborhood is not the most charming. The parking lot is located in a less than desirable alley, in an open lot, and in back of the apartment and is not visible from the room. I come from Vermont, where there is hardly any crime, and I am not very worried about locking my door generally, but this setup scared me and I was worried throughout the night. In addition, the room was not ready when we arrived, despite me calling twice to confirm. So, as you can probably tell, we did not get off to a great start. That said, the room is very nice, the bathroom is amazing, and the kitchen is perfect. The terrace area is a nice bonus. The mattress was not to my liking, seemed old and soft. Nothing happened to the car. Did not deal with "Howard," but with Laurent, who was very nice. Seemed like they were still working the kinks out. Will probably give them another shot at some point, but would much rather stay at their sister location, Au Bons Matins. Some general info: The walk to the closest Metro is about 5-10 mins. and is three stops from St. Laurent/downtown. Walking to St. Denis is about 20mins. Some nice parks nearby. "Village" neighboorhood/Amherst st. is about 6mins walk.

You gotta be crazy to stay in this place. Their lack of profesionality is overwhelming. We booked a room through internet and drove 6 hours from Toronto to find out  that we couldnt stay because "the water pipes are broken". We were told this with no apologies and the rudest maners. NO apologies, no help, nothing. It nearly spoiled our trip to Montreal. Thank god we stayed at the wonderful Marriot in the old quarter and it turned out to be a better idea. We are not sure yet but we are worried because we think we might still  have been charged at the Inn Between for a room we didn´t have!!!!! I cant think of a worse nightmare for a traveller. If you take our advice, stay away from this place. The area in which is located is a bit dodgy and to actually find the Inn Between is a mission itself. Worst place ever!!!!
