I really like this place and even extended a night.  It's a standard European apartment.  It's on the main street but toward the end in a quiet area.  It has a wedding dress store on one side and a hardware store on the other.  I'm the only one here right now and have the apartment to myself.  In my room, I've got two twin beds, a table and chairs, a balcony, tv, heater, coffee maker, closet, etc.  The bathroom is across the hall.  Everything is clean.  Nice sheets and towels.  Good, secured wifi which is free.

The location is great.  It's a five -minute walk to the tourist information center.  It's easy walking to the old shopping district.  The fortress is on the other side of town (about 2 kilometers away).  Walking there through the old section of town gives a good city tour.  I love fortresses, and this one does not disappoint.  They're doing a free sound and light show there tomorrow night which I will attend.  I'm doing a day trip out to Ruse and the stone churches near Ivanovo tomorrow.

There are food places all around - restaurants, small eateries, convenience stores, etc.  Just below the apartment is a free parking zone which I'm using.  No problems there.  It's a nice all-around place to stay in a fun city -- and for a good price.  I'd gladly stay here again.

Nice place to stay for good value

Clean room in a central location , no traffic noise at back of building. Good location for Biomed bus to Sofia or Varna.

Good value for money option

We intended to stay at this so called hotel.We made a reservation,we arrived on the adress and there was no one there.I called on the number we had on our reservation and spoke to someone who said that,even if we were in front of their building,that was not the adress where we should be.I checked again on the reservation and that was the adress.I asked the lady on the phone to text me the correct adress.I hanged up and waited for 10 minutes then i called her again.She told me that someone will come and pick us up.After aproximatively one hour from our arrival at the adress,some bulgarian lady,who didn't speak english at all,came to us and ,after some more talking on the phone,she took us to another building.Ok,i thought we finally arrived at the right place.But,surprise!She was trying to give us a room in an apartment that was allready occupied by some other people!there were separated rooms,indeed,but still there was the same apartment which we were supossed to share with some strangers!In our reservation there was nothing said about the wrong adress nor the ideea of sharing rooms in an apartment.So that,after two and a half hours of waiting with our 4 years old daughter,we were forced to cancel the reservation and search for another place to stay.We travelled a lot in Bulgaria and we have had some very good experiences but this time we took an awful choice.I do not recommend this hotel under no circumstances,especially if you are travelling with kids/babies.

Lack of common sense

A good choice for accommodation, close to the town centre, coach station, restaurants and shops of Veliko Turnovo. Clean and comfortable, I had two single beds in my room, a small shower room, kitchen which was fully equipped, also tv, microwave and free wifi. These are very good, value-for-money apartments in a great location for nightlife and restaurants, of which there are plenty to choose from in VT. The lady who looks after them does not speak English, which did not matter to me as I speak Bulgarian, but she is very kind and helpful. Everything in the apartment was clean and comfortable. I have stayed several times now, and the apartments are in a great location if you need to catch the early coach back to Sofia for the airport.

the best thing about this hotel is that is situated in the center of the city, it`s closed to City Pub and also other restaurants where you can go out. we had like a bathroom for 2 rooms and it was ok excepting the fact that one of the room has a strange smell of cigarettes. in the hotel there is no restaurant, is more like a block with apartments, they just have rooms.
 you have also free parking spaces not too far, take care and do not park ur car in the front of the hotel or in an appropriate place. resuming, our stay it was ok, taking in consideration the price: like 140 BGN for 3 night (New Year season).
