What was good
Great location in a quiet side street (except for airplanes approaching Sofia) close to the metro and other kinds of public transportation. The Largo (as the very city center) and the train station can also be reached with a 10-15 min. walk. The hotel as a nice modern style.
What was bad
We had to change rooms after two days because the air-conditioning was not working and could apparently not be repaired easily. But the new room was even better than the first since we had a balcony and could see the Nevski cathedral (at least the very top of it). The breakfast buffet was sufficient (and the breakfast room is actually very nice), but maybe for a 4-star Hotel it was a bit lackluster.
