I'd been scaring myself  by reading all of the negative reviews, but the hotel was O.K. after all. Located 800 metres from the centre of Nesebar and 150 metres from the Black Sea, Levante Apartcomplex offers free WiFi in all areas, free private parking and air-conditioned apartments. A bus stop can be reached within 30 metres.Very good value.

Good for the price

Myself and 3 friends booked to stay at the Levante Apartcomplex from the 12th - 19th July, we are in the age ranges of 26-32 we booked a 2 bedroom apartment as we wanted to all be together……

I will start with the positives about this place

1. Good location, only 7 mins walk to the beach, shops, bars and resturants, 7 mins by Taxi to the old town and about a 15 min drive to Sunny beach for the nightlife and 15 mins drive to Cacao beach (in sunny beach)
2. Cheap accom, we paid £100.00 each for a 7 night stay in July.

Negatives

1. We did not get our 2 bedroom apartment that was booked and paid for, our confirmation even said 2 bedroom apartment. I took a look at the cost of 2 x 1 bedroom apartments and it worked out £100 cheaper than what we had paid, so from what we could see they still had 1 bedroom apartments left that they needed to sell and they had given our 2 bedroom to someone else, we did try and explain this to the receptionist but she does not know anything at all and said she could not help. she did not even know how much we owed on arrival and we had to call the manager to confirm the price with him so that he could confirm to the receptionist!! The next issue is that we were only given 1 front door key to the complex between the 2 apartments which is not good enough there was 5 of us and we would not all be returning home at the same time.
2. WIFI is not available throughout the apartcomplex, the only place the WIFI is available is at reception and the connection is not great as a lot of people are using it.
3. Local residents live here as well as the general public on holiday.
4. The rooms were very basic and needed to be updated a lot, The sofa beds in both apartments were broken, The shower cables were broken so water went everywhere, the button to flush the toilet had broken so it was very hard to flush and I nearly cut my fingers, No toilet paper or Bin bags etc were provided so we had to but this ourselves. The room had not been cleaned very well as when we arrived there was still cotton wool in the bathroom cabinet from the previous occupant and the pots, pans and glasses were not very clean. 
5. We only had aircon in our front room but the other apartment had aircon in all rooms. They also had a much better kitchen and facalities than us.
6. The blinds were broken and we had to leave them open which did not help the temperature in the room at all.

I am sure I have missed more off than I can think of right now but all I would say is only stay here if you are on a budget and you do not mind the standards you are staying in. I have stayed in better hostels than this appartment.

Overall though I would recommend the resort Nessebar as it’s a lovely location suitable for couples, famailies, and groups of friends.
