This is one of those family run hotels that sadly are hard to find. OK, I will say it was booked like the game of pinning the tail on a donkey(meaning that will do). From booking to arrival, the communication is amazing ( always speak to the son if you cannot speak Bulgarian or Russian, as he is very good (very with a plus) at English) . Now to the Hotel. We are a party of 6 and half are vegetarian and this can always be a problem or a pain in the ass, depending on your standpoint. At Ariana, this is not the case as the food is a balanced mix ,catering meat eaters and veg eaters. With that in mind, this has to be the most satisfying holiday I have hand in a long time. One of the biggest problems with Hotels is parking. This is not a problem and is a great stress reliever. As to the general appearance of the Hotel, I can without doubt say in all honesty, the reviews are correct and not fake. OK, nothing is perfect for everyone, but this is way above the norm. Just a heads-up for the Brit readers, you should find this place perfect. Thank you, Mikhail and family.
