Our first time to Bulgaria and these apartments made our holiday, they were cleaned everyday and the two bedroom apartment we stayed in was huge! Best apartment we’ve ever stayed in, had free WIFI in our room and around the pool, air-conditioning in every apartment, it was really nice and comfortable place to stay, the pool area was quiet and the pool a decent size (although cold on occasion) the only improvement I would suggest is for the bar to serve snacks like toasties/omelettes/breakfast perhaps...

What can I say other than the photos you see online and the reviews posted do nothing to prepare you for the actual horror of this beach complex. The rooms are basic and only have one air conditioning unit for a two bedroom apartment, plus the bathroom is tiny for a family. This I can deal with - that old adage you get what you pay for etc. However, what I simply cannot accept is the poor condition of the pool area which should be closed off for significant maintenance. It is ugly and unkempt with weeds growing everywhere. If I was the manager or owner I would be embarrassed to have people use these facilities. Also there are cracked and broken tiles and uneven surfaces rendering any health and safety considerations as non existent. The pool has no guards and the water is dirty. There is no customer service or care . This place evokes current images of the town of Pripyat near Chernobyl. Very disappointing.

As beautiful as Pripyat

We stayed next door to this complex but ate here. What a mistake! 
We started by asking for a fillet of fish for my daughter, it could not have had more bones if they had deliberately tried. I then found part of a loom band in my salad...which resulted in a shrug from both the waitress and manager. The only thing going for this place is its setting.
This is not our first trip to Elenite and probably not our last but we will certainly not return to Robinsons Grill.
