I stayed in the house with my family (2 adults + 2 kids) and 2 other friends' families (4 adults 3 kids), i.e. total 11 persons.

As we had kids with us, we had arranged to book the whole house. 

The house can accommodate approx 21 persons.

It is a nice 3 floor house for which we did not have any great expectations. Just to house all of us and have the house for ourselves only so that the kids did not disturb anyone else and we did not get disturbed by anyone else either.

There were approx 11 twin/double rooms (we occupied just 7 of them).

The rooms were relatively clean though not very spacious. The beds relatively comfortable though a bit small. The whole house was warm enough. 
Each room has each own shower and WC although the shower is pretty... basic.
The WC/showers need to be fixed a bit as the fan is making a lot of noise so during the night you may wake up everyone.

The very good thing about the house is the lounge+kitchen area in the basement. It was very convenient for all the families to have breakfast/lunch/dinner/drinks altogether as well as play board games etc. Nevertheless...it was a bit dark...

The very bad thing of this place was that the kitchen though seemed very well equipped, most of its amenities were dirty and/or not working.
For example, the dishwasher was smelling awful (it seems that the filter may have never been cleaned).
The microwave oven was dirty and the oven was not working properly.
There was a filter coffee machine but we had to go get our own paper filters as it only had it's own metal one...so we did not bother.
There was no refrigerator (we didn't need any though) and the fridge was a professional one (pretty large).

In the kitchen we found marmalades, pasta and other food that should have been disposed of, as they belonged to the previous guests (or even older guests) but...noone bothered. (and most of them were expired too).

I would propose this property for large groups of friends which would be lots of fun....but without kids.
If you are 2-5 families with kids, make sure that you book the whole property so that noone else stays with you and make sure to have this agreed with the owner.

Last, the house is located next to a very good local tavern which I highly recommend.

Additionally, the house provides a free shuttle service to the Gondola...which we did not use.

I would stay at this property again but definitely do better price negotiations...
