I checked in, my room is turned upside down, all dirty and still with used dishes, cutlery and pots. Don't come! Worst experience possible. It took centuries to attend because you don't have enough staff.

They're not coming!

A good stadium (very far from the great services of good hotels). Physical structure is good, but they don't care to clean due to the excess movement. I went on vacation, maybe it made this issue worse. Since the hotel operates under a rental fit regime, it's clear a lack of quality control. But the pools are good, quite life saving, it has good rice, it has some more shelves, it has ice cream, and the hot. I didn't find a familiar place, a lot of people drunk, extremely depraved music, no attractive place for the little ones (there are some very old parking lots and better reminder). The parking lot is $25 a day (too salty), the meal is $50 a head. It doesn't have a good property, and I would accept a lunch and lunch, but the distance to the center is not very good.

Good condition (many points to improve)

We stayed at the check-in for more than 30 minutes with no one in front of us! A room with badly damaged furniture! No daily cleaning service! Three bath towels were provided for four days without exchange. Cover by rent. Security charging a mask when entering the hotel and already at the reception the non-employees themselves used them!

I've been to the hotel three times and now it's terrible!

I stayed at the hotel this Carnival Saturday I got to the hotel at 4:00 and I only got to check in at 11:00 because the reception was so full, with so many people also entering the hotel. It was horrible! I didn't have air conditioning working properly, I didn't have a seat, and they still had the staff fixing who took off the mask a little bit to try to breathe in that madness that was there.

Absurd time to check in

We love the room we stay in, but the hotel has no rules, guests stay in the swimming pools until the early hours of the morning, shout and drink and listen to sound, unfortunately our experience in this hotel has not been as good. As for the rooms, we have no complaints, because they are very beautiful and comfortable.

I’ve had such a lovely time at that place . A mix of hotel and private rooms, works perfectly. They work 24/7 with a great effort to do everything ok. With a maneuverer service which makes the experience of parking great, you don’t have to spend minutes looking for a parking space.

Great

It was a great stay, the check-in was a breeze and the food is yummm! The pools are really nice as well which gives a good atmosphere. The staff are really nice amd helpful. My only concern where the rooms, they are a bit old and the television is dated. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel has good structure and different option of apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, great for family travel. Apartments are clean and spacious. It has a good water park in it, but it is usually too full. Breakfast is very limited and with a questionable quality.

High scale tourism with average standards.

CN is the largest hydrothermal fountain in the world. High season in the months of January and July, although it welcomes tourists all year round looking for their hot water scattered throughout the city. A hotel with a full board with non-alcoholic drinks included, with a water park (9 swimming pools and slides), for less than $100 a day for two people, is not easy to find. They offer other options, only breakfast, no meals, etc. Comfortable, good food and optimal indoor and outdoor cleaning. A free Kombi that takes you to the mall at predetermined times. Defects: It only has wifi in the entrance hall and dining hall. The dining room looks like a club or university for decoration, seats and tables, no category; if it has a large stairway, it has a lift, it has a maximum of indoor and outdoor cleaning, but if it does not have any extra problems, it does not have a comfortable dining room, but if it does have a small room, it does not have a comfortable dining room.
