Stayed in elite guest apartments was just superb 
The host Narayan and Ramayan were kind and courteous 
They went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as they could 
They even drove us to the station as it was raining 
Plus point...it’s bang in the centre of Mostar 
A home away from home

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a very good location. The bathroom was spacious and lovely and the host provided free coffee, tea, and croissants. We had a lovely view of the river from our balcony.

My friend and I had some issues with the hotel's organization when we stayed, which were frustrating. Somehow the booking got messed up (which, as I understand, was an issue with booking.com and not the hotel). We were supposed to have two beds and I private bathroom, but this room was not available as a result of the website glitch. The hotel owner worked to get us as good a room as she could, but we ended up having to choose between sharing a bed and sharing a bathroom with other guests. 

There was also an issue with the keys, where we were locked in the courtyard for a while because we were provided the wrong key to get out. We had to wait for the owner to let us out and give us the proper key.

Overall, I think this hotel is a very nice place to stay, but our stay could have run more smoothly.

Disorganized, but a lovely hotel

Great location, excellent standard and very warm welcome on arrival. Very helpfull guidance and tips about local area from staff. On arrival I had a feeling that I'm greet by the old friend. Highly recommended.

Elite level of customer service.

I was in Mostar with my husband at the end of May. We received the warmest welcome imaginable at the Elite Guest House. The owner, whos wife is from Sweden, like myself gave us an upgrade to a stunning river view suite. This trip being our honey moon made it feel even more special. We had been travelling around Croatia and Bosnia for weeks and although we stayed in alot of nice places and met alot of nice people, this was above and beyond anything we had experienced on the trip. You can feel that the owner genuinely likes people and wants to give them the best possible experience. If you go to Mostar( which is a must ) this is the place to stay.

Amazing!

This little guesthouse is run by the most caring individual, someone hwo grew up in Mostar and returned to Mostar. A man whose heart beats with love for his native city and gets joy from treating his guests well. The location is very close to the famous bridge and near shops big and small, at the same time it is incredibly quiet. We had a little balcony that looked over the river and sitting on it was a place of heaven - you should stay here.
