we booked the spa studio apartment this time but come every year and book various  rooms. full of character and charm. 10 minute walk to town. warm and accommodating- every creature comfort you could want or need. private and cozy. we won’t stay anywhere else. 

art deco luxury 

A great place to stay for visiting the Blue Mountains. At the front an enclosed porch then a corridor to the spacious living room. Two double bedrooms, well equipped kitchen. Smal dining room. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Linen provided very comfortable and free wi-fi. There is also a television. Down the stairs ( past other flats ) is a washing machine and a small garden where you can hang out washing 
Just a great enjoyable stay there Only 5 minutes drive to centre of Katoomba, you really need a car to take advantage of all the wonderful sites

5 star everything,my wife, son and I stayed 3 nights and loved it.we didn’t want to leave,great location, close to everything.everything you need with old world charm. We will definitely be back.thank you Jen

Awesome

The little unit we stayed in was a two room plus bathroom flat.   It was very comfortable and has a lovely warm art deco-ish vibe.    Although it doesn't have airconditioning it does have a heated flooring system which, along with a heater kept us very comfortable even though it was extremely cold outside.   It also has a fabulous big spa and a very efficient hot wter system.   The kitchen is well decked out and includes a dishwasher.   At times we found the walls a 'bit thin' but it was never really a problem.   We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back again.

A Warm Atmosphere

We had an okay stay here. The flat was good, basic kitchen equipment and cutlery. Bed was comfortable. The problem we had was the noise of heavy foot traffic from the upstairs flat. We had 2 different groups above us and both made a lot of noise just walking around. Somewhat irritating and not relaxing.
