Absolutely perfect. Location is 30 seconds from beach, dozens of cafes etc nearby. Our place was spotless when we arrived, all equipment worked, plenty of space inside and overlooked the pool.  The staff were first class. Highly recommend this place

Perfect

Excellent apartment, very large and well equipped. Close to beach and shops. Staff were friendly and responded well to any requests. I appreciated them getting my room ready for early check-in as I had work to do

Only problem is the noise from construction nearby, but that's the same for any unit in Kirra at the moment given how many buildings are going up

Good Value

Very well located close to beach and surf club. Lots of restaurants nearby with many options. Beautiful walks extending to the picturesque Rainbow Bay. We ate at Kirra and Kirra North surf clubs both with excellent views and tasty food. Deck furniture is dated but price was reasonable.

Kirra Stay

Once again stayed at the Kirra palms ( 2nd visit )
And was not disappointed again!
Clean and bright, well maintained and very very pleased to be given the same apartment as last visit!
Adam on checkin is so friendly, I arrived early and apartment not quite ready, no issues, left case and off to the shops where he called soon after to advise all ready!
A fabulous stay, where there are never any issues, you are left alone to come and go and enjoy your space and time. 
Shops around the point and lovely cafes to sit and watch the world go by. 
A beautiful beach with views in the distance to surfers but without the noise and crowds. 
My only issue, honestly, not major, is there are a big lack of hangers and could do with some little extra utensils in the kitchen but seriously it is not a deal breaker in any way shape or form! 
Will definitely return 😃

Quick visit

Holiday apartments located directly across from Kirra Beach.  Short 10 minute walk to Coolangatta, or just a block down the street for a few coffee shops and restaurants.  The small apartment complex has a early 2000's feel,  and some of the units could use upgrading considering the price they charge ($140 AUD and up).  It can be noisy at times especially near the pool, as clients seem oblivious that they have neighbors. Managers are very good and responsive to your needs, though they are off-site on weekends. My stay was okay, but will go elsewhere next time.

Great Location by the Beach

My family and I recently stayed 7 nights at Kirra Palms after booking online. 
We didn’t think the property lived up to it’s online advertising.
Our unit was not overly clean on our arrival & after walking round inside in bare feet (as you do when on holiday in the warm) this was evidenced in how black the shower floor became & by the sand in the foot of the bed.
In the kitchen our hob was barely wiped down & the oven grill has the residue of the last tenants meal in it.
Each of the 3 bedrooms had small decks off them which were not usable given the vegetation, dirt & dilapidated outdoor furniture. Overall the premise was tired and due for a spruce up.
In 7 days we saw a proprietor on one occasion (at check in) despite visiting the office (during advertised open hours) on 4 other occasions - 1 of which was our checkout at 9.40 am?
Certainly wasn’t terrible but would look elsewhere next time in Kirra Beach / Coolangatta.



Service - what service?

.....and book the same apartment. Why? Because the complex is well appointed, it's run by friendly, competent managers who really enjoy helping you and it is one block from a fabulous beach. Long white sands and crystal-clear waters. Because of the town planning rules at Coolangatta we can watch the ocean across a park while we sit in sunshine.

We come back every year...

Just got back from a 4 day break over Easter to visit my son.
Stayed at the Kirra palms and was very pleased.
Checked in on Easter Sunday and had received an email about key collection in safe box, no problems there. 
Apt was clean, light and bright with full amenities, fans and air conditioning in full working order.
Pool was clean and well kept and balcony had a lovely outdoor setting in which to chill and relax. 
Found the apt safe and secure with no major issues, especially being on my own.
Shops eg shopping centre a lovely walk around the point and local bakery and seven eleven 10mins walk the other direction. Pub and bottle shop directly over the road. 
As a once off quick trip I booked due to location close to my son,  after visiting will recommend the Kirra palms to anyone wanting to get out of surfers and the Gold Coast and is looking for clean safe and secure accommodation at a good price. 

Visited family 

We recently stayed at Kirra Palms...   cleanliness could have been better,  we encountered 2 cockroaches and a collection of rubbish under the couch cushion which we vacuumed up.  There was no dish washing liquid and we were only provided with two rolls of toilet paper...   although not a ball breaker, it does come in handy!  Kirra Palms is walking distance to the Strand shops in Coolangatta and if you turn left...  there are a few cafes and a hi-poke bar!  Accommodation is walking distance to beach!  A good place to be...  just a few minor tweaks with the cleaning!   I would stay here again.  Would recommend!

Standard 2 bedroom unit!

Kirra Palms is excellent value for money in a great location. Patrolled beach across the road and easy access to everything. We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment for 7 nights that was spacious clean and had everything we needed. The pool and spa area is great and always clean and tidy. There are so many great spots to eat close by in Kirra and it is a short walk around the beach to Coolangatta. Highly recommended!!!
