We stayed at Byron Baythers in early January for 4 nights. The location is terrific, however the listing is not as described. We booked the room through bookings.com based on the property being advertised as a luxury adults only property. However upon arrival we saw children and could hear them running back wards and forwards upstairs. We love kids but had booked a rare kid free holiday. We sent a message to the management and received a reply that stated they allowed children in the upstairs unit but did nothing to address the comments that we had flagged that the property was incorrectly advertised. They maintained that the property could still be adults only even if they allowed children upstairs. We disagreed in our reply and subsequent communication was ignored.

There is also construction happening next door, which we were only told about after we had booked and paid for the property. There were workers in cherry pickers overlooking the "private" pool so we never felt comfortable enough to use it. The construction started early most mornings and we couldn't sleep through it.
The free muesli breakfast was a nice touch, but the cleaners come by at 7am and noisily unpack the dishwasher for the shared kitchenette (which was right outside our room).

Wow! Absolutely stunning, luxury apartment with huge well equipped kitchen, terrace, big bathrooms, and comfy beds. Breakfast items supplied. Small pool which we did not have time to use. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, bars.

Stunning apartment

Lovely room tucked away down a lane 2 minutes from the never ending crowds of Byron. Very quiet property and the room was all you need or could want. Comfortable and sizeable with a modern bathroom we would stay here again on returning to Byron.

Calm amongst the crowd

A fabulous stay! 
We were contacted ahead of our trip by Clare with the check in details, she made sure we had everything we needed.
We arrived and it was easy to find parked up in the spacious parking area and found our apartment.
The apartment was spacious, modern and clean, it had everything and more. A private courtyard for us to sit, a jacuzzi bath, a speaker and even a shared kitchen with complimentary breakfast! 
The outdoor space by the pool was well maintained, clean and extremely comfortable it was a lovely place to eat breakfast or sit and have a glass of wine and a read! 
We absolutely loved staying here and will recommend it to anyone going to Byron bay, definitely worth the payment! One of the best places I’ve stayed in!

An Excellent property  in a great private location, very clean property with very nice amenities. Breakfast  is a nice touch. I would not hesitate in recommending this property if you want a nice property in the centre of Byron Bay. Thank you for making our stay so special.

A short stay in Byron bay

We absolutely loved our get away at Byron Baythers. The facility was immaculately clean, comfy bed, the self contained kitchenette had lovely treats for a healthy breaky, great coffee also. The room decor was so lovely which gave you the Byron calming experience. Every little detail was thought of, even umbrellas for the rainy days. The location is perfect and walking distance to everything you needed. The hostess, Clare was very welcoming and went out of her way to make our stay 5 star. I would highly recommend this guest house and would love to come back again. 

Rejuvenating retreat

Beautiful calm and quiet accomodation near to the hubbub and action of Byron Bay as well as close to the beach. 
Rooms are aesthetically appointed in a  tasteful beach house retro style. 
Top end amenities and toiletries provided plus a simple tasteful breakfast. 
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very well insulated from the heat and noise of Byron. 
Lovely pool layout with easy access steps make for a perfect accommodation or get away.

Understated classic in a back street of Byron Bay.

Location, Quality, Facilities, Service. All excellent.
From the moment we walked in to the Complex there was a feeling of Class.
The Pool and surrounding area was Comfortable and Clean with ample faciities for a relaxing Dip and Sunbake. The Room was cosy and comfortable with a Beachy design making you feel a part of the Byron Theme. The Breakfast was a nice touch and the Location provides for easy access to all Shopping, Restauants and the Beach.

We recently stayed here and thought it was a lovely place with friendly service.
However was disappointed that construction work was taking place next door and we were not told before we arrived.
Perhaps to offer some discount or voucher would be a good idea as an incentive to stay.
As we couldn't utilise the pool or outside seating due to the noise from the construction work during the day.

Had a great 5 nights at BB to celebrate our son's wedding, perfectly appointed and located. We stayed in the Residence, light and bright.

Great service provided by the duty manager Claire, very friendly.

Strongly recommend BB as a place to stay in Bryan, central to everything.
