The place itself is beautiful, it is a pity that the cabins are so dirty. The bathrooms with an absolute lack of hygiene, we had to clean with lavender. The same situation with the saunas, the kitchen, etc. I hope you can improve these details, which are very important, because as I said earlier the landscape is very beautiful and that yes, I highlight that the lack of cleanliness was in the cabins because the cesped was very short and spacious and the outdoor places well cleaned.

It's a dirty place, the super-neglected cabins, with the smell of moisture, a muddy, impossible to spend a night there, spiders everywhere, the bathroom totally dirty.

I don't recommend going on a vacation there, at least in family since the cabins only have air conditioning. The hygiene is terrible, the bathrooms are in poor condition, and to complement the poor care of the employees, no music allows you to listen in the cabins...so I scored 1 for the pile that by the second day was already very dirty...I don't recommend this place to anyone.

The worst stay in paradise lodge (Jardín de América) was at the time.

Positives: -Location: the place itself is beautiful, a large square, with lots of nature. Crossing the river over which hangs a picturesque suspension bridge. - Attention: very good!! - Breakfast: complete, and the best of its fried cakes. - Proximity to several tourist sites. -Negative: -Lack of maintenance: As far as the building is concerned, much work is needed in the cabins. -Camping: half of our group was in a tent, but we had to bathe in the cabins of our companions, because the boilers in the public bathrooms were not taken, nor is there even open wifi -The campsite is not served.

There was a gas leak in the cabin's kitchen and they didn't bother to fix it and offer me another cabin the same night that they were notified. He slept with the door of the room locked and still got a headache early in the morning. The cabin is not well maintained. Frazada sucia con manchas. The kitchen sucia.  Poor price to quality ratio

From Saturday to Sunday we were without water, calling all the phones to get an answer. Nobody waited, let alone were on the premises to solve that problem. The huts that promote for six people are super girls, have two bedrooms with bunk beds, which only enter the room and the bathroom is also small. The sheets are rotten, dirty and worn out. They are not changed and they were old. It is the lack of attention to the guests. Sounds to charge you quickly and then they disappear. A disaster the experience here, is far from meeting all that they offer and promotion in this place. A network of vans to which the most people can access in the same time, but we recommend no one to compromise with this experience.
