My family spent 5 days in Patagonia and hired Gonzalo to help provide transportation for us every day during our stay. He was so communicative before arriving with me via email and very helpful answering all of my questions :) His van was perfect and provided plenty of room and comfort for a family of 5 and it fit all of our luggage.

He was always on time and helped advise us on what times to leave to arrive for our different experiences and tours on time. His English is absolutely perfect and he's really funny :) made us laugh lots with all the hours we spent with him. We learned so much about Patagonia and Argentina from him. Next time we visit, we will be sure to stay in his and his wife's lodge in El Chalten!

Amazing experience with El Chalten Transfers and Gonzalo

Three of us had Gonzalo organize our transport over multiple days and multiple locations. He is very helpful over email, which is great when planning multiple trips, and on every occasion he was on-time.

Excellent communication, planning and service

This was our second visit to this region of Patagonia and on our prior trip, we took buses from Puerto Natales to Calafate to Chalten. This time, we flew into Calafate airport and wanted to bypass the bus experience and get right to Chalten. After reading previous excellent reviews about Gonzalo's private transfers, I decided to contact him. On the way to and from Chalten, we were picked up on time in clean vehicles that were comfortable and held all of our backpacking equipment easily. Gonzalo was a great conversationalist and definitely one of the best parts of our transfers. We paid half up front ($160 USD) via paypal and paid the rest in USD when we arrived in El Chalten. The price was definitely worth the time-saving convenience and the opportunity to hear about Argentina and the region from a very friendly local. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Gonzalo again for more private transfers as I hope we will make it back to the region in the future. Thank you so much Gonzalo!

Excellent experience from Calafate Airport to Chalten and back!

We used Gonzalo for transfers from El Calafate to El Chalten.  He provided great service - prompt, clean vehicle, and fun to talk to.  Vehicle easily fit 4 adults and luggage.  We booked and paid ahead of time, and it worked out great.  I was worried about transfers for this trip overall, particularly from El Chalten to El Calafate airport.  All worked out great.  Me, my wife and two twenty-something daughters loved our trip to Argentina, and great people like Gonzalo helped make that happen.

Excellent transfers from El Calafate to El Chelten

We stayed at Aires del Fitz in October 2018 (apologize the late review) and it was a perfect stay! Victoria and Gonzalo (and Rex and Bonzai) are the most warm and loving hosts we have ever stayed with. Always ready for a chat and so helpfull. The place was perfectly located, clean and cozy. Best stay in Argentina!! 

Gonzalo Bosch is super helpful and picked us up from El Calafate airport.  He gave us suggestions on dinning and trekking route, even bought a can of JetBoil fuel for us ahead of time since we arrived at night, afraid the shops might be closed before the early morning backpacking trek.  And he was very fun/pleasant to talk with - we totally enjoyed the  conversation during the 2 hour drive to El Chalten.

Great experience with the host

I’m so glad we booked Gonzalo for our trip to and from El Calafate. I was able to speak with him using WhatsApp from the United States and he explained the options for picking us up from our hotel in town and then our return to the airport.  Gonzalo’s English is excellent. He was funny and informative on our trip.

We were able to have an extra day in El Chaltén and got to do an amazing hike on our last day because he picked us up early so we could still catch our flight to Buenos Aires.

I highly recommend booking El Chaltén Transfers to get around. Fair pricing, very convenient, and excellent service.

The owners were very nice and helpful- I asked them a couple questions before I arrived and they always got back to me timely. Our room had a view of the Fitz Roy! Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to a cancelled flight, but wish we could have been there longer. Thank you Veronica and Gonzalo!
