The staff were so welcoming and friendly! 
The room was clean and comfy. Loved the food and especially the vibes of this place. 
I felt like I was inside an italian movie. Everything was simple but just what I needed. 
I always hunt for these kind of places. The simpler it is, the happier u feel. Loved it!

Just what I needed for an ‘away weekend’

The guys were so friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and clean. We also tried some of the dishes from the menu and it had great taste especially the mussels. I really enjoyed my stay there and felt at home. If I find myself again in Himare I would still choose Velco.

Your next stop in Himare

Everything was perfect. The room was very nice and clean and the balcony had a great view over the bay. The stuff was amazingly friendly and helped us with everything we needed and more. For breakfast we had the best omelettes I've had in a while (you should really try them!), bread and a super good cappuccino. It was served on the terrace which is decorated very lovely and has a lot of plants which make it a good place to spend some time or try the strong and tasty raki in the evening.
When we come back to Himare we will definitely stay here again!

In Taverna Velco  i found ..the most amazing food that i had try in any trip , the pork chops that grilled front of me and i was watching all the processing that this make the food more delicious😁😁😁


Food tour

The best grill ever with the best service , if u going in himare don’t miss it just 7minutes walk from the beach side with a great view.
They are cooking a very tasty food with the the best olive oil ever..
