We had a comfortable stay the lodge, rooms were kept clean all the days, staff was very friendly and they helped us with booking our extra activities. There is parking available on site and a big plus is there is security service 24/7. Breakfast was good, real value for money I high recommend.

Good value for money

Had a bad Checkin experience, feel like they ambushed us by taking advantage of the busy period they were threatening to cancel our reservation and leave us stranded on the street. I find it so unethical to require USD $100 a night for an additional person yet the original booking was $56 a night for the same room.

Clean but unethical Lodge.

I actually didn't stay here, my driver did!  I had arranged for an overnight trip from Katima Mulilo to Victoria Falls and part of the deal was I had to purchase accommodations for the driver.  However, I did check in with my driver and, the next day, asked him about his stay.  This is a quaint family-run operation.  Very clean and hospitable.  When we checked in they wanted to know what my driver wanted for breakfast and when he wanted it served--a nice touch.  My driver said that the bed was comfortable and his overnight night stay relaxing.  In sum, this was a nice place for the money.

Cozy in Victoria Falls

Nice place. That is it No more  If want answers to your survey, don't people to answer question, that we don't want to answer. Is that enoughcharacters or must Iramble on.

The place was very expensive for what they offer.  Several insects in the room and holes in the towels.  Avoid this place it isn’t a good place.

Awful experience on almost every count.   Every guest we talked to during our stay had a similar experience.

Leaky shower shaft spewed water everywhere and thus showering not possible. We were given 2 rooms initially and then told we only should have had one. Our other party members’ reservation not found.

Victoria Falls is a very expensive town and accommodation is quite expensive. Wild Trekkers was averagely priced and I have to admit, we did get good value for the money. The lodge seems to be under renovation but rooms are cosy, clean and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was quite good. It was more of a home experience than guest accommodation. We requested to have our dinner in our room while we watched satellite tv and we cuddled up in front of the tv just as if we were home. They have fans in place of air conditioning and that was quite quaint. Bath water was hot, parking was available, albeit unpaved and the lodge is a 10 - 15 minute leisurely walk from the actual falls and an 8 minute walk from town. I highly recommend this lodge if you are on a budget but still wish to do better than back packer lodges.

Value For Money!!

The establishment was what I imagined it to be and it really was comfortable. As a solo traveler, it was what I needed it to be. The one thing I liked about it is that it allowed me to walk around and explore Victoria Falls. I spent the weekend there and it was a good stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's affordable and ideal for solo travelers and couples.

A Good Stay Away From Home

Did not dare to live up to commitment made in relation to package offered. I had a terrible experience would not wish this sort of treatment on a murderer, rapist or the devil. The food served is terrible, house keeping pathetic. Terrible hositality.

After paying for more executive room i was 1st received in what was originally a toilet where windows were small yet there was a better room. They are interested in number of rooms rather than good service.
