The hostess was very friendly but the photos in booking.com were tricked! We booked this homestay for a higher price as usual in this region because we wanted a beach (if you want to call it like that) close to our accommodation. But the "beach" was much too small to lie there and next to a high wall. But the worst thing about the "beach" was the dirt! You couldn't even put a single footstep on it without stepping into any kind of rubbish. This was disgusting! So unfortunately the pictures on the internet don't show reality and thus, the homestay is too expensive. 
Moreover, the rooms were not very clean and the towels really dirty. At least we got new ones after complaining. The hostess helped us to get a motor scooter and a taxi to the airport at a valuable price.

Too expensive, disgusting "beach"!

I booked for 5 nights and checked out on after 2, because

1. Uploaded images by property is not correspond to reality - other nice beach photos were uploaded instead - check real under my review. Hostess woman said that in this season everywhere in the island is like that, but of course that was far from the reality
2.  During half of my stay, there was no electricity, so you cannot work, cannot take bath and of course no AC
3. Almost no facilities and room was quite dark, but big
4. You are living in the local village, so do not expect even one restaurant, bar or cafe - nearest restaurant is 2.5 km away.
5. I paid 27usd per night, but this is really exogerated - cost of such place should not be more than 10-12 USD. There is a lot of places with much less price and better with everything

Horrible

No beach... (nearest beach 15 min walk)
construction everywhere...
No atmosphere at all.
No bar, no food and if you want to get something decent you better rent a motorbike.
The bungalow was acceptable however you can hear everything what your neighbour is saying.
in our case we had a young couple expressing their unsatisfaction as we did next door...
Do not trust Agoda... !
We reviewed it on agoda and did not uploaded our comments... this was not the only Accommodation we rated through agoda.
the good ones they show and our bad ones they hide.
We only wanted to hit the beach as we where tired of travelling through Vietnam and had our worst experience on the worst island we ever visit... 

we expected for 16 eur a night a quiet and relaxing place which we did not find unless you head to the north side of the island.

they expect for next year more than 3 million tourists so do not expect a peacefull location.
