The worst and rude customer service I have ever received from the manager.  I have stayed at the hotel many times and the only reason I like the hotel is that rooms are clean and it is inexpensive.  However, the attitude and the unprofessionalism coming from a manager is the worst I have ever seen in any hotel I have ever stayed at.  For example, this morning I have made reservations online at 8:30 a.m. and call the front desk manager to let know that I am planning to stay another additional day at the hotel.  I did not get a response.  So, I ended up directly going to the office and rang the bell to the front desk.  The manager stepped out in his pajamas and was not happy to see me.  He was upset and angry at me.  I told him about my frustration as to why nobody was available at the front desk to answer my call.  He said, “if you don’t like it here, go find a different hotel somewhere else.”  Absolutely unprofessional and rude behavior I have ever seen coming from a hotel manager!

Worst Customer Service

Very wonderful! Lived there almost two(2) years! Awesome onsite owners/managers. Clean, quiet, convenient. All areas cleared from snow during winter. Mina and Jesse are the best!!! Any time of year is good but winter time is my favorite. Walk to casino's and shopping in 5-10 minutes including Raleys , All shops and Theater

Best kept secret at the lake!

The owners are very nice and good people. They made us feel at home. The hotel is good and very low priced in entire lake tahoe.

The hotel is very close to casinos and transit center. Even if you don't have car, you can manage well

Very nice people and good hotel

The positive aspect is, that the room was quite cheap and would have been nice, .... if there wouldn't have been the hairs (not single ones 😉) of the former inhabitants in the bath tube .... if the room would have been cleaned at all (we stayed 2 nights, no cleaning or making the beds during the day) .... if there wouldn't have been drunken and noisy neighbours in both nights (hopefully not symptomatic for the road-workers staying here ?) ....
If I think about it,  it could have been worse (at least there were no bugs), so I won't give the least points.
All in all a very strange concept of cleanliness, better look for other places to stay.

There surely are better places.

Arrived late and we were having a hard time finding any availibility. The man who checked us in was friendly, he was willing to give a refund if we changed our mind after seeing the room. The bed and pillows were great but the carpet and bathroom was dirty. Tiny shower and thin, thin walls. There was a fridge and microwave in the room that you accessed by crawling acress the bed and remaining on it while you used them. Pretty much what you expect in a low end place.

Good location, low-end budget motel

The hotel is very well located, a few blocks from the shopping center, a few blocks from the beach, there is parking, it's easy to get there. But unfortunately all of these positive points remain the bad smell of the establishment in general, the reception is impressive the smell of dirt, which doesn't surprise me when it comes to the room, it was really terrible.

Surely the place is worth seeing... discrete hotel... clean room and quite spacious... the only news is that we should have had breakfast included, but in the morning there was no staff to ask... same for check out.

The staff were friendly but the room was not clean and not nice, and the fire alarm was already going off after the two people had taken a shower, which is not for us because we like it nice and comfortable.
