Condo was a welcome change from cookie cutter hotel rooms on our trip. Our unit's main living/seating area had a dated feel - the whole unit could use a facelift. Having said that, the space was larger than the average hotel room and it was generally comfortable with a nice amount of seating. The living room rug did have some stains and needs replacing.  Nice ocean views from the living area and just steps from the beach. We were advised not to use the balcony as it was considered unsafe. We were told repairs were scheduled. The kitchen was efficient and stocked for small family use. Wifi and cable were available and it was nice to storm watch while enjoying some old holiday classics on TMC.Complaints: (1) fridge and freezer had a fishy smell, (2) there was no shampoo or conditioner available in the bathroom. Hotels and other rentals usually provide these amenities. It would have been helpful...does anyone carry those when traveling anymore?Staff was friendly. Office and building facade are dated and could use some cosmetic improvements. We felt that for the cost, the room and main facility were just so-so. We won't stay at this property again.

Great location as it is located on the beach. The building/rooms are outdated, however contained everything necessary for our stay. Beds where slighly uncomfortable but we got used to it quickly. Kitchen contains items needed to prepare meals. Overall, we were pleased with our stay

One night stay at this ocean front hotel was amazing!

Great location and we had plenty of space. We enjoyed several of the resort amenities including pool, sauna, game room, and movies.  The whole resort is older and definitely could use some updates however that didn't dampen our stay.

We were not informed that the hotel was under renovation and that we couldn’t use/step on the balcony before our arrival. All good otherwise.

Great location but under renovation

Wish the property supported ESA pets. My daughter is autistic and has an ESA pet. Would love to bring my kids here but they don't support ESA. There's nothing about this location that I didn't like. It was an awesome stay, beautiful location.

While the room definitely showed its age, that didn’t take away from the stay. The view was spectacular of the ocean. It is directly off the a beach that goes for miles. Floor plan was well laid out. There was a lot of thought to how things were laid out with the user’s experience in mind. The people were very friendly. Balcony was off limits but we knew this going in. They have a scheduled shut down in February 2024 where they are doing a big remodel. I can’t wait to see how they update it in the near future.

Not able to use balcony or hot tub. Limited hour for use and balcony was told to stay off.

The house keeping did not bring fresh towels on day 2 and the smoke alarm would not stop beeping prior to our departure. It beeped for an hour and a half.

The room smelled moldy. We had to open windows when we went to dinner to air out room.
