1st room : was notable to open door. It took the desk clerk 4 trys.  The room was not  clean, tv had no remote. When remote was provided the tv , only half of a picture and screen cracked. Told that housekeeping was informed about the dirty room. Went to get a refund  (was only in room for 10min.) was told no refunds, the clerk called the manager on phone. The clerk told them the problem, still no refund . 2nd room :  floor needed vacuuming, sheets on bed stained and holes. No smoke detector or phone in room. Both rooms shouldn't have been rented out until problems  fixed.  

Bad rooms 

We booked a room online and got a reservation number, only to find out on the day of arrival that they cancelled the booking without informing us, just because they wanted to accommodate walk-ins. The person manning the counter was casually lounging in the reception area, was rude, unprofessional, drunk, and did not even wear any uniform to identify himself as a staff of the hotel. He did not even looked at the booking number and just simply said, the “the hotel is full.” I would avoid this place if you are considering an accommodation. There are better hotels nearby.

Unprofessional

The room was out of date with have finished upgrades. The curtains weren't even hung correctly.  There were cigarette burn marks in the blankets.  Had no working tv or internet. Only answer we got was someone would have to look into it the next day because no one could help tonight.  Listened to the toilet gurgle all night when the next room flushed. Then the toilet stopped up  early in the morning and called for a plunger and then I had to go get one they couldn't even bring it to me. Was told we would get a discount from the front desk and got nothing. I stay in hotels across the country and this is the WORSEI have ever encountered.

HORRIBLE!!!!!

This hotel is disgusting. We got here and one of our rooms reeked of men’s cologne and cigarettes. The covers and mattresses were all stained up with yellow spots, one even looking very fresh. The walls were completely stained and falling apart. We got two new rooms and one had a god awful smell. Both rooms had gross blankets, pillows and sheets. Would NOT recommend. If I could give this negative stars, I would.

DISGUSTING

As others noted the room smelled of covered up smoke (seemed blended with pot, but that could be my imagination) upon arrival. I was alarmed in the middle of the night when the cigarette smoke smell was so strong I thought there must be a fire in my room or below. Turns out that the construction or ducting allows all rooms to be a sieve to the next. I think someone below me was smoking and my room sucked it up.
The carpet had evidence of not being vacuumed well (bits of plastic tags etc -- tried not to look so closely for dirt!).
And -- just the luck of the draw: It didn't help that the place had rooms full of people who were partying. Hey Sunday night still counts as the weekend, right? At least it was more subdued, just lots of talking mainly. Not an intrinsic problem with hotel but disruptive nonetheless. Glad I always travel with earplugs, which were helpful for the barely blockaded road sounds on the other side of my door.
On the plus side, bed sheets looked clean without using scented detergent. Real marble surfaces for bedside, hutch, and sink. Cleanish functioning bathroom --  but hot water was only lukewarm and the shower curtain has mold at the bottom (3 feet by 8 inches). Big flat screen TV, generally clean upkept appearance for the room.
Price was reasonable. So I suppose this is what you might expect.

Hotel was non smoking room. Big sticker sign on mirror  once You entered the hotel room. But, everything smelled strongly of cigarettes & room wasn’t up to par. Bed was not very comfortable. Clerk was very nice & considerate of our concerns.

Smoky

My partner and I stay at all kinds of hotels on a very regular basis due to the nature of our jobs. We know what this brand CAN be, and this one falls totally short of that standard. The gentleman who checked us in was really nice to us and had us crack a smile after a long day on the road. Unfortunately that is where the good impression ended. The room stank of smoke, just as it did in a different room a previous time we stayed here. We gave the hotel a second chance. There was a female guest walking up and down the hallway, talking extremely loud to someone on her cellphone complaining about relationship matters, and the staff did nothing to remind her it is late and guests would like to sleep. The hotel is located close to a very noisy traffic situation which added to difficulty to sleep. The towels in the bathroom were stained with - I did not lab test it - suspiciously nasty stains. I did find one that was clean eventually. Bed was ok, no back ache in the morning. Parking fine. We will probably not stay here again due to the idea that they are smoke free being a joke. The smoke smell actually became worse during the night possibly due to smoke coming through ventilation systems.

i needed a place to stay for an extended period. this place worked out greatly. good location for where i work, wonderful people on the staff. there are no pets here though, just thought i would throw that out there so i could reach my 200 characters. :)

PLEASANT STAY

Its a great place to stay. The manager and the workers are very friendly and makes it a very nice stay. Hotel is very clean and is nearby local stores and restaurants. Its my 1st choice of a place to stay when needed!!

Rodeway inn hotel

The stay at the rodeway was great it's clean free WiFi and cable never have any problems and the staff is amazing always helpful in a remote location for diners and fast food is in the general area!!!
