They eventually processed my refund.

What was bad

I never even made it inside the hotel because they didn’t provide me with details on how to enter the building or the room. There was no check in service, I needed a code at the enternece which was never given to me. Someone who did have the code eventually let me in. Then, I also needed a code to get the key. That code was also never given to me. We tried to reach the hotel customer service number but they never picked up or called me back when I left my number. I had to make alternative plans. ZenHotels helped me get a refund thankfully because it was the worst hotel experience ever.
