Great location walking distance  to the Gulf very short.  Great accommodations in the Villa.  Plenty of room, access from front an rear of unit. We stayed with our dog and he enjoyed the dog beach area. We parked directly in front of the Villa. Large rooms and very accessible . Enjoyed having the bar and music. My wife and I enjoy the old feel of motels instead of a condo or major hotels across the world. We don't expect luxury just a clean and comfortable location. So many local restaurants in walking  distance  plus accessibility  to National Seashore areas. If you looking for that perfect area without luxury  this place is perfect. This was our 8th visit on last 15 years. Never have ever had any issues.

Great location, pet friendly Villa rooms perfect.

Dusty & Dirty! The beds were dirty, crumbs on the bed spread & dirty sheets.  The room had a window ac unit there was so much dust on it. The ac sounded like a diesel truck engine. There were cob webs everywhere. A spider jump out when I moved the blanket back. I cleaned the room. Bathroom grossed me out. The staff were unfriendly. No compensation for the dirty rooms. Pool area was dirty. Oh Then they said they would give us a late check they didn’t. They locked us out of room. I won’t be back.

Old Dusty & Dirty

This place is awful if I could give a - rating I would I’m not sure how it’s even in business
I checked into my room after a long flight
It was very dirty the floors where not clean both beds where dirty it looked like someone was eating in the bed.. one of them had a spider in the bed when I went to lay down
The staff was rude multiple times
Even after they where notified that the room was dirty we had to clean it our self
The ac unit was Dirty , pool was filthy, the door you could see the light underneath it
The food was awful here also
After all our issues they didn’t offer us a discount or anything we wont be back

Nightmare

I know this place is a motel and I didn’t expect it to be a 5 star luxury resort but everything that could be low class was present at this location. The room was clean and the tiki bar was cute. Location decent but loud. Those are the positives. Negatives: smell of marijuana smoke everywhere including into the room vents, chain smokers and vapers everywhere, thugs hanging around by the pool cursing and being overly loud, people arguing, dogs crying in the room next to us, people having no respect and blaring their TV and music…. Just ghetttttto

Low class and the other rentals have no respect for other visitors

This place is right along the beach and there is a bar (with food) steps away.  The room doors face outside, but your vehicle is right outside.  We saw local authorities make a drive thru to check premise.  Within walking distance, there are many restaurants and shops. The RV park is close as well.

Perfect for A Visit to Pensacola

Love it! Great staff, perfect location. Reminds me of the accommodations we used as kids for beach travel- basic, clean, and in the heart of the action. The bar/grill has decent food and drinks, and the beach is a crosswalk away.

We have stayed in many condos and hotels in Orange Beach Al, Gulf shores Al, and Pensacola. We stayed in this Hotel Paradise Inn room 215 last weekend and it was perfect clean great location place. 10+

Pensacola FL get away

The small vintage motel with its “good vibes only” charm is the best place to stay if you need to relax. It’s one of the few mom and pop style places left. It thrives from the handful of loyal employees that work hard to maintain that vibe we keep going back for. If you want to be in a clean place steps away from splashing in the bay or a short, easy walk to the gulf; this is it. You can relax and let your kids be kids here. If you want big lobbies, fancy decor the kids might break and elevator rides, get a condo. 
Chances are you’ll return here again and again.

Good food, good music and good memories

This place is awesome, great staff, clean rooms, great location with picnic tables right by the bay!  Room 305 is excellent for bigger groups, it has 3 queens and a fold out couch. Thank you for such a great vacation! We will be back again!

Excellent stay

Seriously the BEST staff. And such a cute a quaint room. Just absolutely loved this place. So glad we stayed here instead of a corporate type hotel. If you’re staying in Pensacola beach, look no further, this is the place to be
