The management are by far the most trashy image and sight of customer service. They are stealing money . Trash trash trash customer service complete backwoods junkie acting trash. Mandy needs to be removed and replaced to never be in customer service  again.

Charged 121.24 after I asked and was given permission for a late checkout. I’m so upset , I will not let it go.

Having never stayed at a Sleep Inn we weren't sure what to expect. However, this hotel was very nice. Getting to it was a bit tricky as its entrance is not very clear. But once inside the hotel was clean and the room was nice. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. They serve a full breakfast and the place was quiet overnight.

Pleasant surprise

Pretty upset with management, I had to go between multiple rooms to find a clean room late at night. Each room had body hair on the beds, bathroom and floor. Also found stains in the bed, they only gave a 20% refund. Do not recommend.

Very unhappy stay

Stayed here for a wedding. Hotel was best price considering other options in area. Check-in was quick. Room was at front of hotel facing another hotel. We had a double queen room.  Air conditioning was working very well which was great since it was hot and humid when we arrived. Bath was clean and plenty of room on counter for our items. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. The only things we noted were there was no safe in the room and no hair dryer but could get one from front desk. Breakfast the next day was the usual continental breakfast nothing notable. Check out was easy and all the staff here was very pleasant and attentive. Would stay here again when in the area.

Good Visit

The Sleep Inn in O'Fallon is a very expensive place to stay. However, it is not a beautiful spotless place to stay. I stayed there 3 nights 7/15/2022 to 7/18 and it cost me $437.29. The breakfast was good and plenty of it. They are blaming Covid, I guess because their policy is to not clean the rooms unless you asked. The room was just an average motel room that could have used an upgrade, or maybe a good cleaning! The rug was dirty and stained pretty bad, my bed spread had big gross stains, there was dirt all around the edges of the bedroom and the bathroom and to top it off tons of dog hair on the back of the curtain and on the chair in the room. They are way over priced! It appears they treat their dog guests better than the humans that stay there. I stay here a lot but its a problem every time and it goes more and more down hill, blaming a lack of staff.

Mediocre But High Priced Motel

Nice location, close to restaurants and highway. Entrance doorway concrete needs powerwashed and doors are full of fingerprints. The room was nice, however, this property needs to get new linen. We were there with 2 other families and they had issues with the bedding as well, you can tell that it's very very old.

Get New Linen

Did a one night stay and had a good visit.  Easy access to major highway.  Prompt check in.  Exterior and interior very clean, staff friendly.  Room was very nice, no issues.  Restaurants near by, had an outstanding meal across the street at Max's Pizza.  Breakfast average but good.  Would stay here again.

Pleasant visit

Supposedly a smoke free hotel.
I’m highly highly allergic to cigarette smoke and some one in the building is smoking. My eyes are burning, headache, sore throat and burning eyes. I’m miserable.
I called front desk and told them, but I don’t know what if anything they can do. I keep hoping it will stop but it’s not. Something’s going on. It’s almost midnight, but if it were earlier I would pack up and leave. So so MESSED UP

Not A “Smoke Free” Hotel

This hotel looks like every other chain hotel. Nothing extraordinary and the popular “everything brown” decor. Basic breakfast. But I had a great night’s sleep, and that’s what counts to me. I didn’t hear a noise from outside the room. The bed was very comfortable. It’s convenient to the interstate highway and services. And as a bonus, a very pleasant desk clerk at check in.

Silent night, okay night

Nice area, good local restaraunts easy location, very clean and easy,  We had a good dinner at Tullys and had a great stay.  Many thanks for your hospitality!Rooms were clean and checkin was very easy, Thanks for all your help
