The room was so filthy, dirty sheets, towels, hair in the tub drain, a ring around tub from someone who took a bath, no Hot Water. Blood splattered on wall, blood stain on sheets not sure bed bugs or not. Called feont desk lady said she doesnt clean or maintain that building put me on hold for an hour when we went over to the office she was getting coffee with no intention of going back to call, refused to refund my money. Stay away

Beyond filth

If you want filth, prostitutes and crack heads during your stay...this is the place.  The young man at the front desk was kind and thankfully refunded us immediately, however, it still says pending on my card statement. Several other folks we know had reservations here over the same dates. We all left promptly. Even if we couldn’t get a refund...we wouldn’t have stayed.

Absolutely disgusting

Had to check in/out at neighboring hotel. They originally had me down for a smoking room even though I reserved a non-smoking room. But they changed it for me. Took 30 min to check in. Room was so hot that it took the moldy falling apart A/C unit til 5:00am to cool the room down. No soap dish in the walk-in shower, so you have to put the soap and shampoo on the floor. Toilet backed up the first time I flushed it. Left a note for maid service to plunge toilet. Got back to my room to find that their was no maid service, so toilet was not plunged. Had to call neighbor hotel and told them. They came by and dropped off a plunger for me to plunge it myself. Took 30 min to get the toilet to go down.

Hotel should just be shut down

Let me say, I was stuck staying here for a bit and let me say HORRIBLE! The owner is friendly to your face, but his wife is rude. Was sleeping and got a knock at the door. Before I could even answer, she come barging in yelling about something. She raised room rates and lowers them when ever she feels like. She seems to let some stay and wants to remove others. If you complain, you get told by the ladies in the office they cant do anything or talk to the manager. When you talk to this lady manager, she talks to you like you are scum and she is superior. One side is full of drug dealers and hookers, and the other seems a bit more family friendly but that is probably due to the office being on that side. Seems they are all about the look of the outside of the building and not the rooms. Office is clean but covered in signs that look like a child made them. Over priced snack and drink items available. Just never stayed at a place where they change prices so much. 

On one visit, I watched this Vashelle owner lady yelling at someone for owing some money, and it looked like this person had been staying there for some time ( must be a desperate soul). The person explains they will pay in a few days when they get a check, and she just kept called him dude and man while treating this lady like crap. This is how you treat people giving you business, even if they own you a small amount in funds?

Stay away. I found nicer and cheaper place a little bit of a drive from this dump, and the drive is well worth it.

RUN AWAY!

We picked this place to stay because we searched the internet for pet friendly lodgings in NJ. Something that is just about impossible to find. Well I have to tell you that my pet's doghouse is cleaner than this. We go a non smoking room. It smelled like smoke and worse. Like it could use a thorough cleaning and hasn't had one in a long time. Someone else's fast food drinking cup and straw was in the refrigerator. There were cigarette burn holes in the sheets and pillowcases. And there was no toilet paper forget about calling the office for assistance. The dial function on the room phone isn't connected. You just get a busy signal. And no one stays in the office. The sign says open. The door stays locked. We had to go to the local CVS to buy toilet paper!!!!! And forget about sleeping. The locals hang out there and make plenty of noise all night long. Some one giggled our doorknob at 2 AM. The people in the room were also loud and banged doors, played rap music and ran around our upper balcony all night too. Where was the management? Afraid to do anything and out of sight. This isn't the kind of neighborhood were you complain about anything if you get my drift. Pet friendly but not fit for a dog to sleep in let alone anyone else!

Wow!

Horrible customer service.  They dont answer phones and then when they do, they regularly hang up on you for simply asking a question.  The owner Roger Patel answered the phone "What do you need" SMH and then told to call back tomorrow to speak to the manager, then he proceeded to play dumb about who the manager was. Dont waste your time or money going to this place.
