Booked on booking.com and got a good price. Outside looks shabby but the room was clean and comfortable. Even had a flat screen and wifi was free. Not a bad deal at all for the price I paid. Easy access to I-5 in the morning.

Everyone else was wanting a king's ransom in the area for a room. They were reasonable on price and the room was quite clean. Had a little trouble with the tv as it was on the wrong input but it was great for the price.

Clean & priced right

Do not stay at Kings Arms Motel. They have bed bugs! All they did was deny it and as I can see they are not willing to fix it. They wouldn't even refund all of my money and they treated me like crap for telling them about it. Before they told us to leave the property, we talked to a lady that has been there for a while and she had scars on her legs from bed bug bites. She didn't even know until my girlfriend asked her if she knew about the bed bugs and noticed bites all in a row like the bed bug pictures we saw on Google.

THE OWNER AND MANAGEMENT ARE VERY BAD PEOPLE. THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

BED BUGS. DO NOT STAY!

They have  roaches and tiles are all broken and it smells like pee and cigarettes the manger and even the cleaning service is the worst they are rude and don’t respect privacy and they don’t respect that you paid rent they will throw you stuff out they are rude if you have children no matter the age there’s holes an the walls I honestly don’t recommend this place there’s better hotels with cheaper price cleaner !! The most this is worst then the street honestly May God Bless you all

Worst hotel ever

My family and I had a room at this place. Immediately upon entering the office I knew I should've turned and ran. I didn't and I wish I would've. The man was rude and hard to understand. He then tried to charge me for my two children which I had already confirmed in the reservations were staying with us hence the need for TWO queen beds! 

Get to our room, open the door, and it's literally 100 degrees in the room!!! We unload and leave for Seattle. We come back at night thinking it'll be cooler. Nope! Only have a box fan. Put it in the window but no screen! The neighborhood is shady so we slept in that hot room with just a box fan. 

Bathroom tiles weren't even grouted to the floor! The tv was so small you couldn't see it across the room. No alarm clock. No phone. 

I've never felt so unsafe! We slept in our clothes and stripped the beds because the room itself didn't really seem clean. We woke up at 5 and left that hell hole.

Please, don't make the mistake we did and stay there! It's a motel more suited for hourly rentals.
