The hotels in Warwick are expensive and having stayed in a few, the standards are disappointing for what you pay .
This was not the case with Cambridge Villas . Although it does not look like an impressive hotel from the outside when you enter you soon realise you are getting value for money .
The Italian family who own it are so friendly and welcoming you want for nothing.
We stayed in a room which was immaculately clean and provided all the essentials. The beds and bedding were very comfy and although slightly on the small side there was decent storage for clothes. We had a plentiful supply of tea and coffee sachets and breakfast was outstanding.
Parking is provided round the back and although it is a 10 minute walk from the centre I would still class it as easy access to all the attractions Warwick has to offer . 
Overall it is the perfect place to stay when visiting Warwick. We will certainly book in again.

Everything you need when visiting Warwick

Bruna and Marko were both really hospitable hosts and we had a lovely 5nts stay. Our room was comfortable with comfy mattress and warm shower, with good power. I had a full English each day to set me up and the location is great for the castle, other attractions and restaurants. Thank you for a great stay!

Hospitable comfortable stay

We stayed one night and will definitely rebook when visiting Warwick. Very friendly warm welcome and the rooms have good facilities/spotless. Great breakfast and the location is ideal for anyone wishing to explore the area, about a ten minute walk into the town centre.

The room was absolutely spotless and lovely and warm. Had a lovely cooked  breakfast breakfast items of your choice, fruit yoghurt cereals etc

This B&B is so well located for visiting Warwick.  Stayed a couple of times now, and always found the family welcoming, our room was clear adequate for our needs.  A good breakfast plenty of choice.
We've found it ideal to visit the NEC, a short drive, and there's plenty of parking to the rear of the building.

Happy to stay again

Great location , walking distance to the town with plenty of bars and restaurants , Warwick castle and to the racecourse. 
Family run B&B , very friendly. Large clean rooms with en-suites , the room we stayed in was newly decorated and a yummy breakfast. Private off road parking.

Perfect family run B&B in Warwick

Just what I needed for a quiet, restful night. The family are really kind and welcoming, friendly but not pushy. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, with clean towels, bed linen that smelled really good and fresh, and comfortable pillows. The breakfast was really nice, freshly cooked and delicious with a good range of options. Wifi was fine. Definitely would visit again. The only tiny suggestion I'd make would be to pop some herbal or decaf hot drinks options in the tea & coffee tray and perhaps some little milks.

Welcoming and peaceful

Nice place, near town centre with superstores for picnic food and good restaurants and pubs very close by. Car parking round the back. Easy to find, comfortable rooms, decent bathroom, lovely breakfast. Marko really helpful and friendly.  Great value for money.

Lovely little place near everywhere, with friendly helpful people

Stayed with my friend and we had separate rooms. Both rooms were really lovely. Extremely clean and nice facilities and the bed was huge and comfy. The welcome was warm and we were made to feel at home. Parking at the back of the hotel was a great bonus. The breakfast was very good. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Great place to stay

This is my second review of Cambridge Villa and I am sorry to say on this occasion we were somewhat disappointed. 

While it is still friendly and welcoming, It now looks tired and frankly shabby in places. Very little has been done since our last visit and it has suffered another year of wear and tear.  Our room, while clean and comfortable 
lacked attention to detail.

There are no fire instructions in the rooms I could find and no clearly defined escape routes I could see. Nothing obvious should I say.

We will say however that the service and the food at breakfast were still very good indeed. The cooked breakfast being particularly well presented and tasty.

Come on Cambridge Villa, you were better than this. my previous rating was excellent.  Sort out the decor and give the place a spruce up. Let down badly by attention to detail.

On this occasion £95:00 seemed expensive for what we received. We have stayed in far better establishments for less.

Overall an average rating, based on the appearance of and service offered by other hotels we stayed in while we were in that area. 

Sadly we are not inspired to return.
