We arrived at the 25b&b in the dark. It was all beautifully lit up outside looking very festive for Christmas. We have never stayed at this time of year and we were very impressed. It looked just as beautifully decorated inside with the lovely tree and decorations. We were welcomed by Andy and had a mulled wine in the lounge area. We chose a different room this time. A perfectly
lovely room at the back. It was a lovely weekend and a welcome break in a beautiful place before Christmas. The worst part was having to leave. 
 

A Magical pre Christmas weekend in Torquay 

Amazing stay as always at 25. Easy walking to see the lovely Torquay Light Trail starting at Torre Abbey and along the harbour. Breakfast fabulous as ever and we really enjoyed Andy’s festive daily treat. Already booked 2 visits for next year. Would highly recommend…. so many repeat customers says it all!

PRE CHRISTMAS VISIT

When you read such great reviews about No. 25 you think "Will it live up to it for us?" Well, I can confirm it really did. Their attention to detail is just incredible. From mood lighting, TV in the bathroom, (yes there was) thick luxurious bath robes, Automatic safety lights that guide you from the bedroom at night into the bathroom, all drawers fully lined, coffee machine & a selection of pods with their own No 25 chocolates. Andy's daily treats of exquisite cakes, a box full of stuff you may have forgotten, hair straighteners, - I could just go on and on! Suffice it to say that I can eat out on the fact that I stayed in the same bed as Patsy! Oh, and my wife & I had the company of Frank - a huge Zebra! 
Breakfasts to die for, the best eggs Royal I have ever had, jams and marmalades all perfectly aligned so that you could read the labels. Andy & Julian deserve all the awards they have received. This place rocks.

Phenomenal levels of detail deserves far more than 5 stars

As brilliant as ever.  We have just had a lovely 3 night pre Christmas break at The 25.  Our room was lovely, the service and breakfast was amazing as ever and we have already booked to come back next June in what will be our 10th visit. We recommend the Christmas train of lights.

Fabulous place to stay

An amazing stay from start to finish. This place is absolutely on another level (as you’d expect from reviews), but it still blew us away.

The Watcombe Suite was beautiful, with the comfiest bed we’ve ever stayed in, amazing lighting/tech and everything you could ever need when staying away from home 

Breakfast was superb-again on another level to anything we’ve ever had in a B&B or hotel. 

The whole place was spotlessly clean and smelled amazing-I think we’ll be getting a reed diffuser next time! 

What an amazing place to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary-and a lovely touch to have a card waiting from Andy and Julian. The welcome drink in the lounge with home made Yule Log was a perfect way to settle in and soak up the Christmas atmosphere. 

We are still buzzing and can’t wait to plan our next trip. You know it’s been ace when you’re thoroughly depressed leaving, might have to move the TV into the bathroom at home or something…

Another Level!

Andy & Julian go out of their way to ensure that your stay is flawless ‘absolutely flawless’.
The attention to detail in the room is more than a 5 star hotel - finest touches are incredible - they think beyond that? 
I was compelled to have the bath experience with the in wall TV which was wonderful with the Elemis products. 
Continue to do what you do because you have perfected it?!

We have been lucky enough to be able to experience another fabulous stay at The 25 Boutique B&B. As always Andy & Julian were perfect hosts. The attention to detail that they provide for their guests is outstanding. Nothing is overlooked. We absolutely love returning as we know that we are guaranteed to have an amazing and relaxing break. Every accolade and award received is well deserved. We will definitely be returning.

Another Fabulous Stay

This was our second stay at The 25 Boutique B&B. Labelled as ‘ The Best B&B in the World’ It certainly lives up to the accolade. Everything about this B&B is fantastic! The rooms have everything you need and more. Lots of extras provided to make the stay extra special and memorable. TV  in the Bathroom with mood lighting. iPad and Alexa also provided. Rooms are superbly decorated and very individual. 

Breakfast cooked and prepared by Julian is excellent. Andy bakes treats like cookies or cakes, which are left in the room every day. They are the perfect hosts. We will definitely return.

Fantastic

Wonderful first stay at The 25, love all the decor, quirky and stylish.  Would love to stay again, our room, well suite, was very comfortable, look forward to staying again, need to stay in all the rooms, would definitely recommend. Andy and Julian made us feel welcome, from complementary drinks on arrival, to tasty breakfasts, the attention to detail was fantastic which made it an amazing stay.

Amazing

This was our 4th visit to The 25. We have chosen a different room each time as they are individually styled and full of character. We highly recommended a stay at this excellent B&B. Andy and Julian seem to have thought of everything to make the stay special and the attention to detail is incredible. Great breakfast too. Of course we have already booked to return next year.
