Although we live nearby, we occasionally stay over at the Premiere Inn if we are at an evening event in Lichfield. We can go to our new year party without having to worry about drinking and driving home. The Premier Inn was very reasonably priced in January, and we prefer it to the Cathedral Hotel – we think the breakfast is better, and it’s worth the extra couple of pounds for the full English one. The room was clean and spacious. Staff are very pleasant and helpful, and we had a lovely overnight stay.

Had a very pleasant stay, good room, very friendly staff! Good quality of food. I like to stay in premier inns and was not disappointed. Would highly recommend! Close to the city centre, restaurants and things to do aswell. Will be returning

I’m so happy I came back for Christmas! Walking into the hotel was amazing! The tree was beautiful and all the staff had there our tree decorations with their name on it which I thought was a lovely touch! Familiar faces still smiling which made me at home. Room spotless as always and breakfast again by Faye was delicious! See you soon!

Great one night stay here. Lovely central hotel with everything you’d expect from a Premier Inn. The rooms were clean and well insulated from any outside noise. The staff were friendly and cheerful and our welcome from Clare on reception was a lovely start to our stay. Car parking was very close by and inexpensive. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The place is a fab location and very clean staff are lovely. The highlight was breakfast The lovely Chef Tracey made us brilliantly cooked veggy sausage and bacon and a wonderful hot dish of mushrooms which she brought to the table. Nothing was too much trouble and she had a lovely warm sunny way about her. An asset to the business x thanks Ttacey

Just like every premier inn I've stayed at, lichfield had friendly staff, easy check in process, clean rooms, comfy beds and yummy breakfast!!

I was surprised by the hotel. I usually stay in larger hotels at the bigger chains. I stayed here because it was close to restaurants and also close to our office. I had never stayed at a Premier Inn before but if they are all like this one, I would definitely stay again. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and welcoming. The stay was great!

The hotel is in the ideal location, about 5 mins walk to town and 10 to the cathedral. The rooms were clean and what you would expect from premier inn, the staff were lovely and helpful too. Big shout out to Jo and Chef Tracey, nothing was too much trouble for them and you can tell they love their job, they were so lovely and friendly

This is without doubt the loveliest Premier Inn I have ever stayed in. Its always a treat to sleep in a Premier Inn bed, but otherwise its a pretty ordinary experience. Not in Lichfield City where you are welcomed as though you were visiting old friends. I stayed for 2 nights and over the course of 3 days my experience was one of upmost friendliness and excellent customer care. Special mention must go to Jo, who took great care of me and to Tracey (I think?!?) for cooking a delicious breakfast with a perfect poached egg! 

Great city centre  location,  parking was fine. 
Everywhere was clean, standard premier inn rooms.
What  really makes this hotel  stand above others is the friendly staff,  every member of staff we met were warm and welcoming 5 stars
