The location

What was bad

No one was at the hotel when we went to check in. Rang the number at reception to be told she didn't have any bookings and she would be there in an hour and we were to wait in the closed bar area. She accused me of screaming at her and put the phone down on me. We stayed at the hotel next door, wight bay hotel, instead.
